Yelp.com – Atlas moving service

Atlas did deliver PARTS of my patio swing and the shelving on the shelving units but NOT parts of these units. Atlas did deliver one of my ladders but NOT all three. I believe that the ladders were stolen while in their possession and the rug was taken by their driver, my wife called the truck driver and he admitted that the rug was still on his truck after leaving. Now my patio swing is junk because of their negligence! I have attached photos of the missing / stolen parts. I have since replaced the framing on my shelving units with lumber at MY OWN EXPENCE. I did sign the documents when my items were delivered but there were 450 items on this list and since parts of these items were delivered, the missing parts went un-noticed until I had time to assemble them. Atlas also required me to pay in advance before they would deliver my goods and I was told that if anything was missing or damaged that I could file a claim. Atlas has failed to be responsible business and lies to their customers and I am not satisfied with their response.
