This has been the same message I am getting from attempting to log in my Yelp.ca account for over a month.
Upon some extensive research on my own, I finally found some sort of Yelp.ca help/support email contact which I sent an email message 4-5 weeks ago since I am having this same fail to log in my own account issue with no explanation or direct help access available for non-business account users from Yelp.ca web site.
No response, help, support whatsoever I can receive from Yelp.ca other than the initial auto reply email that said they would get back to me 3-5 business days or so with a solution.
Posts I put up at Yelp.ca seem intact yet I am unable to write new posts or update my posts, respond to comments on my posts, see reviews on businesses, etc. Yelp.ca does not seem to care about helping or supporting someone who has been their non-business account user for over 10 years
