I had them plant a tree and do a charcoal treatment due to an issue I had with a painting company. I was told if the tree didn't take to call that tree was under warranty. They plated in November and I called in February because the tree is showing signs of chemical burn. I called Beau who was the contact person and helped through the whole ordeal how ever he has not called me back as of yet and I have been reaching out for a week.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I hired this business to trim a 60 year old Arizona Ash tree. A rep, Steoh L, came out and stated the tree needed thinning, crown reduction and crown clean. These are different services and the total price was $1800. The first crew, led by Jose, stated you do not crown these types of trees, as it is harmful to them. Steph came by to view the work and was not happy with it. A second crew, led by Adam, stated the same in regards to not crowning these trees. Therefore the crowning service was not provided and should be refunded. All my calls and emails to 4 different individuals were ignored. Chris L stated that ensuring customers are 100% satisfied is their number one priority. I asked for a partial refund and never heard from Moon Valley again. I disputed half the charges with my bank but they cannot intercede because there was a contract. I do not dispute there was a contract. I dispute that the contract was fulfilled and I should only pay for those that were rendered. I believe half the contracted amount is fair since they completed half the contract. I would like $900 to be refunded to me. These are the company people involved that ignored my complaint: Christopher L, Kelsey S, Lucy B, Morgan (last name not given), and Steph L.
