I tried to recover my yahoo mail because my phone number it's lost from 2 years and I don't know my password from that time and I just changed my phone and acc is lost. I called your helping customer service and they asked me for 50 pounds charge for recover. That supposed to help a customer not charging a huge amount for your private account wich you using from more than 15 years. I want you to do something to help me very urgent all my datas from bank and work plus rest of other accounts are saved there! this is so unfair!

I have been a longtime user of your Home Page and news platform. The vast amount of news covering different events is what has always kept me as a customer/viewer.

However, since 2016 your content has changed for the worse. The news content you posted on your home page and news feeds went from APOLITICAL/balanced to extremely liberal and left leaning.

This change of content and biased viewpoint is very disappointing. If politically opinionated articles continue to be posted on Yahoo.Com could you please cover all viewpoints. It often seems like Yahoo is a proxy for the Democratic National Committee.

I don't want to receive any of thoses e-mails.
Each time I unsubscribe, thoses mails come back. This is just not tolerable. If you propose an unsubscribe service than take it into account! I really don't care about your advertisements and the more you send the less I'm gonna buy so delete my mail adresse ans forget me! Forever! I'm fed up with that kind of practices. So I called 2 days ago regarding a different problem and a Yahoo Costumer Service Employee named "Ricky" tried to help me with my problem and told me that I had to wait for 24 hours to fix my problem so I did, after waiting for 24 hours I called again and wanted my call to transfer to Ricky after I got transferred Ricky told me to give him a little more time so that he can fix my problem and he will call later again to fix it so I waited and called back and one of the employees told me that Ricky had already left, which I thought was rude and no help at all was given to me, today May 10, 2018, I called again and made my transfer to Ricky and he told me that he can't fix my problem without me paying USD 100 and I told them I can't for security purposes, after that I asked him why I need to pay 100 usd, he didn't give me an answer he was only pushing that it is refundable so I declined, then he dropped the call and I called again and wanting to be transferred to a manager or someone higher, the employee that I talked to transferred me back to Ricky, I asked him why he dropped the call he said "That was my mistake, I apologize" I said "Okay, transfer me to one of your managers" he told me that he can't and I asked why he told me that my reason for calling is not a valid reason and I asked him "Bad Customer Service isn't a valid reason?" he said "Yes" and so I laughed and asked him "So basically you're denying me access to one of your managers?" he then proceeded to say "Yes, by the way you laugh like a dog you "Mother[censored]er" don't call again. I just wanted to talk to a supervisor or a manager and that was taken away from me.

I can't open the files attachment in my yahoo emails. This problem has occurred in the past few days; I am using the latest Firefox browser. I never had this problem before with yahoo email for over 20 years! I relay a lot on yahoo email for personal communication at home. This is very frustrating. I greatly appreciate assistance in resolving this problem soonest.

A news item on yahoo during april 2018 dealing with investment in crypto currencies, that aired on tv [dragons den ] to show how good it is to do this type of business, within this article was a paid advert promoting cryptopoint.com this turned out to be a fraudulent operation with me losing money that was stolen by this company. I feel that yahoo made money out of this paid advert, so yahoo is responsible for loses made by investors who were conned by this ad. Was this company vetted? or does yahoo sell advertising to all and anyone, without any checks

Please stop fueling racism in our country, this is not America. The story should have described the illegal crashing of the party by youths...not African youths or African boys!

The content that pops up on my homepage is offensive. There is a so-called article titled: "The Humanitarian Worker Contemplating Group Sex." Why would you put this "article" on the homepage? I assume people of all ages are exposed to it. I'm getting close to getting rid of yahoo altogether and making something else my home page and using some other email service.

I'm a victim of a watch purchase scam on the Yahoo Ads by Wowmall. I ordered a S$79 watch online on 19/4/18 and received a dummy watch on 24/4/18 that is not working . They only accept COD and claimed to offer 15 days refund. I contacted them for a refund but they did not reply.

I hope Yahoo can alert the general public on such scam and prevent unscrupulous merchants from making use if a highly credential platform to scam innocent people. Thanks.

I'll no longer use Yahoo a a source of news. Yahoo has WAY too many dummy links to the same partial news story to the one I selected, then breaks the story into 7, 8 or more additional pages to read the full story (which is usually "alleged" or "reported").

As Director of Information Technology for my employer, I'll will also blocking Yahoo access by any of our 2500+ employees.

Finally, I will tell as many of my peers and friends to do the same.

The incident took place on May 5, 2018I had just logged onto the webpage and hadn't been there for more than a few moments, when I get redirected to a page that told me that my Adobe Flash Player was out of date and needed to be updated. Now, since I have Microsoft Edge, my Adobe flash player is included and updated automatically. This alerted me that this was a scam and the fact that my antivirus caught it too. This has happened numerous times and with many other people (with different pop-ups) and Yahoo doesn't care.

My mail is not working and there is no way I can contact you to help me. I am quite angry by now. You are wasting my time. I have tried all the 'simple' solutions your help site comes up with and I am not the problem.

One of the adverts appearing at random at the top of the Inbox list is one which advertises a reputedly criminal Bitcoin scam, to which unwitting surfers have apparently lost many £millions.

The advert is entitled BooksWays 'Why Dragons' Den Has Been Cancelled' although the titles morph across a variety of versions. The advert links to:

Your service in India sucks. Cannot login and the server is too slow to open mail. AS a matter of fact, I cannot access my email and any mail I compose is being sent back as undeliverable. I think it is time to change to gmail. Yahoo in India is absolutely [censored]. Your server is India is either too slow or is unable to handle the traffic that goes throufg it. THe service provided by Yahoo sucks and the management in INdia will not resolve the problem. Login problems are continuous and even though I reply to the questionnaires nothing at all is being done. I am tired of the new White screen and please bring back the older version of yahoo. Or else cancel my account in INdia and let me login to the US version. INdia's yahoo is pathetic and insensible.

Yahoo's HELP centre is ridiculous! It's impossible to contact the help centre directly through email, with a specific problem. There are numerous CONTACT US links, which all divert back to the product-related help articles, none of which are useful for resolving my problem. The phone number provided for Yahoo Customer Service on the Complaints Board website is actually for a sex line.

Looking at the feedback on Yahoo's homepage many others also feel the same, and this appears to have been a problem for years - none of these complaints have been responded to by Yahoo, which I think is extremely disrespectful.

Seems like this company is taking the Mickey, making an absolute bucketload of money and leaving their users in the dark when they need direct assistance. Very poor service.
