I buyed a Tuner from XDP and it didn't work at all. It messed up my truck's *** and XDP wouldn't give me my money back because I used it. They only give you 30 days to return it, but that starts when you buy it, not when you get it. And if you try to use it, they won't take it back. It's so stupid.

So, I called them up at 1-888-34-DIESEL4 to ask about some parts they sell. I think the guy's name was Kenny, but I'm not sure. He was pretty rude and had an attitude. I tried to be polite and let him know that I just had some questions, but he didn't seem to care and kept interrupting me. It was really frustrating and I'm not happy about it. I'm going to take my money somewhere else where they actually want to help me out.

I got a *** Turbo GTP38R from Xtreme Diesel Performance, LLC. They said it was new, but it was rebuilt. I told them I was bummed and they said it was new. But it's not new if it has a hole drilled in it. They drill it so they can rebuild it. Don't get tricked and waste your cash on a used rebuilt Turbo.

I bought some headlights from these guys for my truck. The headlights had a problem with them and it took me like 8 months to get them returned. I had to fight with them and even get my credit card company involved to file a dispute. I'm still out $120 because they made me send the headlights back to the manufacturer for the warranty instead of to them. They didn't answer my phone calls or emails during the whole process. Don't buy from them or trust them.

Bad experience. Customer service is terrible. Don't buy from this company. They sent me a bad part and told me to deal with the company they bought it from. The third party sent me the same broken part. I had to pay a mechanic almost $800 to fix it three times. The third party only gave me $280 for labor in March. My truck was in the garage from December to February. I should have read the reviews first. Be warned.

DON'T BUY FROM XDP. Their customer service is terrible. If you try to return something, they make you send it to the maker and don't give you a refund. I had to call them after 2 months to see what was happening. Then I had to call the maker myself and they said they didn't know why I sent it to them because XDP didn't tell them anything. XDP said I won't get a refund because the maker didn't find anything wrong with it. Plus, they wanted me to pay $25 to get it back.

I've been having a lot of trouble with companies being too scared of fraud to process my orders, so when I ordered some turbo exhaust pipes from XDP and they wanted to "verify" my order, I was like, oh no, here we go again. But it was all good, I sorted it out and XDP shipped my order. Plus, they gave me a 10% discount for being a veteran, which is better than most places that only do 5%. Customer service gets 5 stars from me. The parts fit well, so I'll try to write another review in the future about how reliable they are long-term.

I bought the wrong thing from XDP and sent it back the next day. But now they're saying it had scratches on it. I didn't even use it because it wasn't the right one. I talked to customer service and asked for pictures of it before they sent it to me, but they said they don't check it before they send it out. So now they're blaming me for scratches that were already there.

This company charged us a 250 core charge for a turbo and they say they'll give us our money back if we find a better price. We tried to get in touch with them 6 times to get our refund and showed them proof of the cheaper price. They also charged us a core charge for the turbo, but they won't tell us anything about it even though we asked a lot. This company makes a lot of promises but doesn't keep any of them.

I got an air filter from XDP diesel on 10/25 but they sent me the wrong one. I told them and it took 3 weeks to get the right one. It was a long time so I ordered 3 more. They were cool and fixed the problem. I paid almost $300 for all 3 air filters and shipping. But I only got one air filter. I have proof that I paid for 3 and the receipt in the box says 1 of 1 and had only one air filter. This is really bad. I have papers to show it.

I ordered injectors from XDP in November through a diesel mechanic. The parts came late and when we installed them, we found out that all 8 injectors were cracked and leaked diesel fuel badly. A certified diesel mechanic confirmed that the parts were faulty. I tried to return/replacement through the mechanic, but XDP was slow to respond. I sent the faulty parts back to XDP, but I have not received a refund or response. They keep saying they will call back, but they never do. I paid for the faulty parts to be installed and removed, and I have been without my truck for eight months! They won't talk to me or replace the parts. Another diesel mechanic said he can have the parts in 4 days. Why can't XDP get me the parts after 8 months?! They have my cores, so I can't use them with another company. They offered to refund $1000, which doesn't even cover the core charge, injectors, or labor costs.

I bought a *** GTP38R Turbo from XDP for $1936.81 on 5/17. They said it was new, but they sent me a rebuilt Turbo. When they rebuild a turbo, they drill a hole in the body to take it apart, then they tap that hole and put a plug in it. My Turbo has that plug. I put it in my truck, but it didn't run right. I told XDP, but they said it wasn't the Turbo. I had a mechanic look at it, but it took almost a year to find the problem. The Turbo was the issue. The internal waistgate doesn't seat properly. I sent it back to XDP, but they said nothing was wrong. They said they sent it to *** for inspection, but they didn't. They are a dishonest company. I just want a new Turbo or my money back. Don't buy from them.
