I ordered a Refrigerator from Samsung Electronics America
85 Challenger Road.
Ridgefield Park, NJ 07660 on October 20th, 2021. The order was scheduled for delivery December 23-30th, 2021. They shipped it to a company out of Marrieta, ga called XPO logistics which when contacted for delivery said they were booked up on deliveries until January 27th. The personnel that respond to your calls are hard to understand because english is not their primary language. They also say the same scripted answer every time you call. There is always a rooster crowing in the background. One of the people I spoke with said they are in the Phillipines answering phone calls for XPO, therefore they cannot help assist you in resolving any issues that come up. When you ask to speak to a supervisor they are no help either. No communication between Samsung and XPO. When you ask XPO to call Samsung they say they cannot call them. They blame Samsung for promising deliveries to customers on dates that are not possible for them. If you ask for the person who can resolve issues, they give you to a person who says they are a "Supervisor" but they give you the same pat answers. Very frustrating company to deal with especially the language barrier and over seas business model.
Never did receive this product from the company. Spoke with Samsung about cancelling the order and getting a refund. Also informed them about the difficulty in communication and customer service that XPO has been giving to their customers.
Since the refrigerator was in the Marrieta, GA warehouse I offered to come to them and get the product ourselves because it was only an 2 hours away. They refused this request without explaining why. Very unhappy dealing with this company.

Desired outcome: Tell other companies not to use this as their main business hub.
