I used ShipGo and they're just a middleman for UPS. I thought it was a great deal when I saw two bags for $149 on their site, but after I put in my credit card info, it split the bags into two shipments at $149 each. They never explained this in any communication and I only found out when I saw my bank statement. It's really hard to believe a company can be so sneaky in their marketing. My son still hasn't received his luggage and I'm not sure if ShipGo has anything to do with it since they just take the money. I guess they make enough off of new customers to keep doing this. Lesson learned - if it seems too good to be true, it probably is.
