I used the website www.pdffiller.com, but it was mentioned that it was for free. After I converted my files, these jerks didn’t warn me and charged for $100. WTF? They haven’t told me that this service would be paid, ‘coz on the website it was mentioned that is was free. So be careful if you use this website or leave comments if they have charged you without warning.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
Yes my name is Gaber Saleh and on 1/7/2023 I was charged 180.00 for a subscription that I knew nothing about with pdf filler, i never signed up for any kind of subscription and I have searched every email account I own looking for a email that says I signed up for a year long subscription with pdf filler. I signed up for PDF Filler FREE trail, and was charged TWO charges ($45.99 and $30.46) from PDF filler an hour after signing up for the free trial! The app didn’t even work after I paid unwillingly! I want a refund! I used my apple ID jibbkw@icloud.com January 5th 2023.

I have selected the free trial version and used only for 2 days the pdf filler from my laptop, now I seen 366.40 deducted from my account.

Item number B-9HC91657HP9187143 was automatically deducted from Pay Pal on 12/31/2022. The original membership began Dec.1and I was planning to cancel on Jan. 1. I am no longer interested in this policy and would like to cancel the membership and have the $96.00 returned to Pay pal.

Don't know how you guys do it but you tried charging a $96 dollar payment to my card and 1 week ago tried my gf card but lucky we had the cards locked. Scamming to the max

I was suprised that my bank account was deducted by support pdffiler for an amount of $96 which i recall that after i used the platform i cancelled my subscription right after an hour. But why do you still have to take out money from my bank account? When in fact i didnt sign up for a year subscription.
Cancelled my 30-day free trial within a day of starting it and found a $1.75 “Support PDFFiller” charge when I checked my bank account. Any way to get this money back?

I don't even remember signing up for this so called pdffilter but money has been deducted for my bank account. I had 3 unauthorised charges worth $AU 47.97, $AU 48.64 and $AU 46.04. and the reference say asVisa Debit Purchase Card 6703 Supportpdffiller.Com 30.00 Usd Inc O/s Fee $1.34

I already cancelled my subscription but they keep on charging my credit card. This company does not only charge you once but twice per month. This is frustrating!
When I first used the service i signed up for a free trial of it, on october 14th I was charged $105.60 wich I did not know would be charged.
PdfFiller charged my card $96 dollars after I used their free trial. I spoke with someone requesting an immediate refund. I feel as of I have been scammed. I don't recommend that anyone uses this company. I spoke with a gentleman named Mack who said that I should be expecting a refund.
These are scammers! They debited money from my creditcard, while I'm in free trial period and I already cancelled subscription.
On September 21,2022, I concealed the subscription to PDF filler when I received a notice for payment of $119.99 yearly subscription which I do not use. Unfortunately, it appears the subscription was not canceled because my credit card was charged $119.99.
I keep trying to be charged for this service and have no idea what this is for, I am highly upset as this is the 3rd fraudulent charge from a company i have received on my bank account. I wish these companies will stop trying to rob people.

pdf filler charged my bank account for 12 months of service. I did not order this service and it was not ordered by anyone I know or am associated with. How did you get my bank information? This is fraud and I need all my money refunded asap.
My card was charged for $96 that I did not authorize. I sent an email 2 weeks ago and have not gotten a response. Was not able to find a contact number to call anyone and the chat wasn’t available. I would like to get a refund.
My wife as been charged from her debit card for a big amount : 111,22 euros the 28th of september. She didn't allow anything like this and we ask for an immediate refund. We are quite unhappy to see that this company is able to take our card number without our permission .

I did not authorize any payments from my bank account to this service. On 08/25/2022, $30 came out of my account.
I got charged for a year subscription that I didn’t sign up for. I got $96 taken from my bank account. When I tried to contact customer service about getting a refund not a single person answered. Each contact when straight to voicemail.

I was charged $144 this morning without my authorization. Refund my money!
Today I was charged over $155 AUD for a subscription I cancelled and gave no authorisation for. So pissed off. A complete inconvenience to have to chase up and ask for a refund.

This afternoon on august 28 at 8:17pm I was charged 96$ USD which is 145$ AUD. I definitely did not make this payment myself as I was out grocery shopping for the week. I want a full refund and the matter solved. I have opened a dispute with paypal aswell.
I did not want to renew this subscription. This product did not and will not do what I need it to do. It is and was a wasteof time and money. I thought I cancelled this right after I purchased it. I want a refund of the $96 or I will turn it over to my bank as a fraudulent charge. Thank You
Just checked my credit card statement online and found I was charged $96 on August 2, 2022 from pdf filler which I never heard of. I have attached the transaction charge. Hopefully this gets resolve quickly. Thank you in advance.
Hi! I signed up for a free trial in July and only used the site once. I cancelled my trial later, however I just checked my bank account to see that I had been charged for an unwanted annual plus account. I cancelled my subscription once again and would like a full refund.

I signed up for a free 30 day trial, was sure to cancel before it ended and then found PDFfiller had still charged my bank account for the $96 yearly fee! They stole from a teacher! PDFfiller is a total scam! Do not sign up for their trial- they will charge you even if you decide to cancel before the 30 day "free" trial!
I was sent a link by another organization to fill out paperwork. The link led me to the PDF Filler. I entered my information and filled out the paperwork then returned it to the other organization. I did not sign up for a subscription of any kind to this service, yet my business Paypal account was charged $96.00.

Our support agent will need to know the email linked to your Paypal account. Looks like you've accidentally signed up for the service while e-signing that paperwork you're mentioning.

I have no idea how it's even happened considering i have not once utilized your services, nor have I ever heard of you however I have been deducted $150 for absolutely no reason?! I expect someone to be contacting me to return this money as soon as possible, and i'm currently in the process of reporting the company for unauthorized deductions.

It might be also helpful if before chatting with our Support you could possible check your email inbox, including spam folders, for any emails from PDFfiller. Quite many people sign up for our services and then just forget (and get upset with the charges). For obvious reasons, there is no way we could have got your credit card details without your initiative to use the service and consent to provide such data. Hoping for your understanding and patience while settling this! Many thanks in advance!
I applied for an online application form of Army SA using pdf filler...they said I should wait for 30days transaction after providing my bank accounts... this week on 10/02/202 all my money was withdrawn by pdf filler.com..

I was supposed to be charged nothing for a pdf, because I deleted it before they could even charge me. However, it turned into a subscription for the year without authorization. This is unacceptable. I am scammed by this company. I never use this program. So, i wish my payment of 104, 52 USD do be reimbursed.
