pdfFiller review: 3 Years annual charge unauthorised

Dear PDFfiller Support Team,

I am writing to express my concern regarding an unauthorized charge on my credit card associated with your service. Three years ago, I discovered your website and was grateful for the free PDF editing features offered. I have only utilized the service twice, with the last use being December 2024. At no point did I opt for a paid subscription due to the cost being prohibitive, especially since I was unemployed and without income at that time.

I was taken aback to receive a notification on October 23, 2026, stating that my debit/ credit card was charged $ 105 / 1748 ZAR. This amount represents a significant sum for me, and I am certain that I have not subscribed to any of your paid services. Furthermore i noticed this charge has been silently going off my account repeatedly since 2024.

I kindly request that you cease any further unauthorized actions regarding my account and issue a full refund. My account details are as follows:
