Voici la lettre que j'ai préparé à la demande de mon service de crédit avisant cette compagnie de me rembourser sur le champ car moi aussi j'ai été victime de cette compagnie:
À qui de droit,

Vous avez passé en date du 23 décembre 2011 un paiement de 29, 95$ dans mon compte visa sans mon autorisation.

Quelques jours après avoir accepté innocemment votre service de réparation par internet en 2010, j’ai eu un problème majeur avec mon ordinateur que j’ai du faire réparer. J’ai du faire reprogrammer au complet mon ordinateur parce que votre service de réparation par internet était tout simplement inefficace pour ne pas dire destructeur. J’ai du faire effacer toute trace de votre produit dans mon ordinateur. J’ai tenté sans succès de vous rejoindre par courriel pour vous aviser de ce problème, en vous demandant d’annuler toute entente et de me rembourser mais je n’ai eu aucun retour de votre part. Après avoir consulté le service de carte de crédit qui ne pouvait rien faire, j’ai du accepter et digérer cette facture avec une très grande insatisfaction.

Je m’étais juré de ne pas renouveler toute entente avec votre service mais là je viens de m’apercevoir que vous avez sans mon autorisation cette fois-ci utilisé mon compte pour renouveler une entente que je n’ai jamais acceptée pour 2011.

Alors je vous somme de me créditer ce montant ci-haut mentionné et de ne plus garder mes coordonnées dans vos dossiers.

Si je n’ai pas de vos nouvelles d’ici 2 semaines, je vais contester votre entreprise et ce paiement imposé sans mon consentement, auprès de ma compagnie de crédit.

I'm also surprised you did not receive an answer to your email as we normally reply to all requests within 24 hours.
When you filled in a support request through our website you should have immediately received
an auto reply confirming our receipt of your request.

I purchased the software one year ago but I did not authorized the subscription that is being charge in my credit card. I have not been informed about this renewal.

All Uniblue products (excluding free products) are subscription based for one year. Throughout the term of subscription you will be entitled to receive product updates, expert product support and to install the software on up to 3 PCs.

Before the yearly subscription expires, you will receive an email notification informing you about the expiry date and then-current renewal price (plus any applicable tax).

Please do get in tou with our customer support team for them to locate your order details to assist you with query.

you stole from my credit card in the amount of 29.95, twice in one day. Shame on you for cheating honest citizens out of their hard earned money. I'm a disabled senior citizon, so you the only way you could hurt me more would be to charge against my card agin, shame on you. william hill #6644

You have a lot of nerve stealing from my credit card without my authorization for 24.95, twice in the same day on october 5th. I really don't expect to see any of this money back, but shame on you for cheating honest citizenss, from william hill #6644. Shame shame shame.

Après avoir commandé en 2011 des produits qui ne m'ont donné aucune satisfaction, que du contraire - j'ai du réinstaller tout mon système-je viens de constater que mon compte chez MasterCard venait d'être débité d'un montant inexplicable de 41.59 €. . Ce débit a été effectué en utilisant les informations données l'année précédente. Cette année, je n'avais rien demandé, ni commandé, ni téléchargé. J'exige donc le remboursement de cette somme de 41.59 € et d'être effacé de ce fichier de débiteurs fantômes
Cette manière de faire est peu honnête pour ne pas dire plus !.

Ik kon mijn ogen niet geloven 29, 69 euro van de rekening ten gunste van STORE UNIBLUE. Nooit heb ik daar een document voor gehandtekend en zeker heb ik daar nooit de bedoeling niet voor gehad het product te houden want ik vermoed dat het product mijn PC beschadigd heeft. Het product heb ik lang geleden verwijderd van mijn PC. Dus weg met die handel en de oplichters voor de rechter laten verschijnen!

I cant find anything for Dec 2010 on my laptop i only vaguely remember the item that i ordered, but i have ordered nothing in 2011 and find it hard to swallow that i am being charged a annual subscription for nothing in return, please reimburse my 2011 subscription and unsubscribe me from this web site please. Look forward to having this problem resolved as quick as possible, thank you

I ordered one of your products in December 2010 never ever received it now i find you are taking a yearly subscription out of my account would u please deposit 2011 subscriptionn back into my account please and desist from taking further monies from my account please i have been in touch with my bank and there fraud department are looking into this

I purchased uniblue in 2010 and never really used this product as i have another security system, now i find that uniblue have charged $29.95 to my creditcard without my authorisation i would like money back in my account and cancel any further dealings with this company

I join the many. I have just had £23.74 taken from my credit card which I did not authorise. One year ago I bought a product from Uniblu which completely messed up my computer and had to be removed and the computer restored with considerable difficulty. This purchase in 2010 was for the same amount £23.74.
I cannot find the address either street address or email address for Store Uniblu. Can anyone help please?

I had the same amount removed from my credit card. I dealt with this company years ago, and deleted the software because it didn't work. I don't even have the computer anymore, yet they are charging me without authorization. I have cancelled my credit card because of this. the company is a total scam, and should be shut down by the police. They also send numerous emails, which I had to put in my spam blocker.

I have had exactly the same fraud committed. The software doesn't work, and they are taking money years after I uninstalled the software. I have had to cancel my card because of this.

I signed up for uniblue on the computer, but when I was supposed to get a registration number I accidently hit the key and changed pages and I couldn't gert the page back to register the sale. Now I cannot use the uniblue to clean out my computer because it asks for a registration number and I don't have one. I see however you have received the money and it has been taken out of my account. I would like to either get a registration number or please refund the money.

Veuillez me rembourser de suite votre facture émise le 20.06.2011, car je ne vous ai + rien redemandé, surtout que votre produit datant de moins d'1 an, m'a complètement bloqué mon ordi et j'ai du faire appel à 1 professionnel qui m'a facturé le tout 250.-, en me disant que je ne devais surtout pas faire confiance à des boîtes telles que la vôtre, et, d'après ce que je lis, je constate que j'ai raison!
Je vous donne quelques jours pour retirer votre facture ou je porterai plainte contre vous, car ce n'était pas prévu que j'allais garder 1 produit qui grille 1 ordi pendant des années..je n'ai fait aucune confirmation, et même si vous me dîtes que ça se passera comme ça, je porterai plainte pour destruction d'ordi par 1 de vos produits...Je suis encore trop gentille de ne pas de suite porter plainte, alors faites le nécessaire...merci et à + jamais!

Je suis scandalisée! Je reçois aujourd'hui 1 prélèvement d'Uniblue, qui n'en est pas à ses 1ères frasques et qui me prélèvent 49, 95, sans mon avis.
Il y a 1 an, j'ai eu le malheur de faire confiance à ces arnaques et ça m'a détruit mon ordinateur, ce qui fait que j'ai du payer 1 professionnel 250.- pour enlever uniblue et tout formater, etc...+ moyen d'ouvrir mon ordi!?
Demain, j'appelle mon centre de carte de crédit afin qu'ils me remboursent, car je suis outrée de votre culôt, ou vous me rayez de votre liste ou je dépose 1 plainte contre vous, car ça m'a suffit et je vous trouve, d'après ce que je lis, vraiment malhonnêtes, car vous devez savoir que votre produit ne fonctionne pas, voir pire!
Je me répète : retirez-moi de vos clients potentiels et remboursez-moi avant que je n'aille + loin...
Votre "facture" date du 20.06.2011 & je n'ai rien recommandé, donc : à bon entendeurs et faîtes au + vite...merci...Martine

There was a charged from Uniblue Koeln DEU amount of $29.95 to my credit card on 22/05/11 without my consent, I would like to have that amount deposit back to my account, otherwise I will have to take some mean of legal action.

I looked today my account. Same as you all. Uniblue has also takes money from my. 29.69 € ! I ordened nothing. They took it from my Visa. I will look with my bank wat I can do about it. Hope someone can stop these criminals !

Sur mon relevé bancaire du 25.01/2011, je constate que 2 prélèvements bancaire de 29, 69€ ont été faits. soit 59, 38 €. Prélèvements datés du 1/02/11. il est noté sur mon releve : du 24/01/11 www. store unibl. All 29, 69 €.
Veuiilez m'expliquer pourquoi ces 2 prélèvements cat je n'ai aucun souvenir de vous avoir commandé quelque chose.

I have also been charged $29.95 with out authorization. I tried to put a stop payment on it but was to late. I emailed them and told them this was not authorized and told them that they might be looking at a class action law suit soon. I wish some class action attorney would jump on this. they emailed me back and said they would refund my money within 5-7 business days let's see what happens.
