192.com claims that they have database of most of the general population and for a fee you can look up personal information about anyone. Once I paid them their fee I wasn’t provided with any relevant information and they’ve refused to refund me as well. Avoid them at all costs.
I have had the same issue. No refunds. They take your money and then block your account so you cant even use any credits. Such a con.
