$39.75 (1 item)
This chain saw came with a 2 year warranty. It just stopped turning the chain to cut. I have only used it 3-4 times. It began over heating and not doing the auto shut off. I let it cool then when went to use again it would not turn chain. After sone troubleshooting I got it to spin the chain but it stops when places next to wood.
Desired outcome: Refund or replacement per warranty. .
Withdrew money without permission
What I would like to know is how a company can withdraw $310.45 from my bank account WITHOUT MY PERMISSION?! I've since filed a complaint with my bank and they credited us back the money, but how the heck can this outfit pull money without me okaying it? I DO NOT have a car loan or any other type of loan with them. If there is some other type of thing going on, I've received no notification of it, neither has my husband. We pay all our bills (okay, running late on a couple of things but when you get let go from your job with literally 2 hours notice because of budget cuts that's hard to plan for :) ...) and have not received ANYTHING from this outfit. We drive cars that are 10 years old, paid for in full, so it's not the "car loan" excuse. Very irritating, very maddening ...

I ordered a trial sample, did not request more of the product, was sent another order that I did not want, charged $59.95 on credit card, returned tea unopened as soon as it was delivered. All the Tele #'s have been disconnected, cannot get the charges taken off credit card & to my dismay another $4.95 was charged just 9-22-08 for what I don't know. This is a scam and must be stopped.
6 Charges from 6 different companies ranging from $3.86 to $8.47 all within 1 month. Ordered tea 3 months ago then bam! all these charges started to appear. I got a hold of my credit card company and filed a dispute statement on the back of my statement. So far so good no more charges as of yet. I have learned my lesson. I also called each and everyone and told them to take me off their list. I hope it has ended.
i also ordered the free trial of wu yi tea not realising you get signed up for a membership and they kindly take out money from your account regularly. I bought a phone card as it is too expensive to use normal home phone. The city that I called is 14 hours behind time so I had to call in the morning before 9am. I got through and have now cancelled my memberships. These are the details you need. The Ebook number to cancel is [protected] and the Insider Secret number is [protected]. These numbers I dialled from Brisbane, Qld, Australia. Hope this helps others.
I only agreed to the trial purchase of $4.99 for the trial box and they keep sending me boxes each month and taking money off my account. Please have them cancel this mess.
I ordered Wi-Yu Tea in Sept. and was told I would get a 14 day free trial. Before I even received the tea my credit card was charged $66.00. I cancelled the tea after a month of trying it and now I am constantly being charged this web access fee on my visa of $6.45 CDN. In Dec. alone, I was charged it on the 7th and the 9th. I have phoned to cancel but no operator comes on and they just play elevator music. The call is a 866 number so it is costing me to stay on the phone waiting to speak to someone. My advise to people is don't order diet crap on-line and if you do read the fine print to make sure you know you are being charged for extras. I want other people to be aware that it's not easy to get rid of these extra charges. I will never again be so stupid as to order diet crap from the internet.

I agree with ALL complaints listed. I have been trying to cancel for over two months. I have called my cr. card company to let them know that I would not be paying for the charges from WU-Yisource, IW/living lean. 60.00 per month for tea and 20.00 for whatever living lean is to be. along with several others items. I have not been able to contact anyone or cancel yet. I still have 4 boxes to return and knowing that there is probably 2 more on the way. Please help. Thanks
i recieved a box of wu-yi source authentic chinese tea a year ago and their still takin payments from my visa card i would like this to stop now
I had subscribed to a free trial offer for WuYi Tea. The offer was until you are satisfied you will not be sent any other box. while under free trial offer, I sent them an email that the tea is not suiting me and I feel nauseated. yet they sent me a box (during trial period) and charged me for it. I wrote back of cancellation and returned this box. yet they charged me for another box, even though they had not sent it. Now they are refunding me for these boxes less their stocking fee. First of all they should not have sent me any boxes and when I return they charge me stocking fee. I am at a loss for returning their package (which they should not have sent) and stocking fee. and their customer service is totally useless, they don't understand what you talk (in English) and their email response are way out of the subject matter. they don't seem to read what you have asked for.
Wu-Yi Tea was just a trial and I automatically was connected and charged by two other programs that I was not aware of and do not want. One was Comprohensive Weight Loss Systems Program at $9.95 a month [protected]) which I canceled with no problem. The other program charged for was Web Acess [protected] at $4.95 a month) with a big problem. The Web Access number refers to www.insidersecrets.com and it gives you the number to call with the same message to go to the internet. I'm going in circles. By the way there is no refund! S.R.
wuyi tea keep taking money out of my account evry month for nothing, i had my free trial last year then after that they sent me 3 more boxes, so far this year they have taken £143.90 out of my bank account what can i do

Yes i am also victim to this web access and membership from wuyi tea how can i stop them taking any more money.

I noticed my credit card statement with a 19.95 dollar charge. When I call the number listed in my statement, the CR stated that my card had been charged since February 2008. I believe I purchased the tea on 07 and cancelled before the 30 day window. Beware! This is obviously a scam. Anyone interested in pursuing this company legally? Post here
Website claims you receive a free trial and then signs you up with 2 other companies that automatically bill your credit card monthly, for diet tips you didn't ask for. There is no small print regarding this when you go to pay, it is hidden in their long page add in fine print. What a scam!Beware! It takes many phone calls to end the charges and you never get a refund from the other two companies. Plus you pay to send back the tea. Dont do it!
I too am having problems with AcaiBurn. I returned my product on 19th Aug 09, (Bedford address, as above) got a receipt and today (4th sept) they have billed me for another shipping fee and "elite pack" all for £5.65. Unbeknown to me I was still paying for the e.book, which I did not know I had subscribed to that in the first place. Although I returned my goods well within the time, I have been informed tonight that there is a pending charge of $79 due to be debited from my account on 6th sept if they do not receive the goods...BUT I HAVE RETURNED THEM!...I was going round and round in circles with them tonight (LIVE CHAT) telling them I am not paying for something I have already returned. I also told them I want my money reimbursed that was debited today and to stop that pending charge. Live chat informed me I had to contact phone support [protected] and they deal with the cancellation processes but I spoke with phone support and they informed me that they can not prevent the $79 from being processed, that I will get a refund when they receive the goods...BUT I HAVE!...AARRRGGGHHH!...How can I stop this payment going through...is it worth my while phoning my bank?...can someone maybe get back to me on xXj-casXx@hotmail.co.uk
DON'T PANIC.
I think they are the same company as ACAIBURN, What do you think Addie M. from india, check her replies!
ACAIBURN
I'm afraid it is authorised, check their terms and conditions hidden at the bottom of their website this is what I did as of the 09/08/2009:
The CANCELLATION problem in the UNITED KINGDOM, do as follows:
1.For Membership:
Have your Order ID: Number, your telephone number, your address by your side
Telephone [protected] (This changes regularly, check on ‘livechat’)
Obtain a Cancellation Number
To avoid the $79.95 -> within 21 days of order return the Trial to:
YOU WILL HAVE TO ASK FOR A FULL REFUND,
BTB Mailflight ltd (This changes regularly so check when you contact)
2B Viking Industrial Estate
Hudson Road
Bedford

this address also has a c/o WuYi
On the outside of the package write clearly your Order ID: Number
Keep a note of your Tracking Number (from Postal service uk cost about £4-6, depending on weight, automatic insurance on special delivery)
2. For Insider Secrets:
Telephone [protected](This changes regularly, check on ‘livechat’)
Obtain a Cancellation Number
3. For eBook:
Telephone [protected] (This changes regularly, check on ‘livechat’)
I also obtained their employee numbers and names and i recorded the telephone call, stating at every opportunity that they will not be billing my credit card in future and that auto shipping has been cancelled, they confirmed with a ‘yes’ I’d like to add that I was suspious about my email address given to them as the email 'livechat', did not get sent, but luckily I printed a version and sent it to an alternative email address and low and behold it went through there, I only suspected that there is some block so you cannot email proof of conversations, also I contacted everyone in my address book as I suspect that acaiburn will hack into it and sent spam to everyone, so I immediately sent a message about them to everyone on my mailing list, just to cover that, I read the terms and conditions and they state that they can give our details to third party companies, so I’m expecting a barrage of calls from telesales! I will only answer the phone with a caller id now.
I think I covered everything, you need to be shrewd with these people. collect as much information about your cancellation for your credit card company, this was all done within 3 days of filling in the registration form, so I don't expect any comeback!
btw any call from the up please be sure to PHONE BETWEEN 1pm AND 2 am or the call will come back as 'temporarily disconnected' I have also contacted the consumer program 'Watchdog' I WILL WATCH THIS SPACE, AND KEEP YOU INFORMED OF ANY CHANGES
The credit card company will have to honour any subscriptions, please get proof of cancellation, cancelling your credit card may not be enough!
I would like to add there is an opt-out option at the bottom of their web page, check their privacy policy, it says if you opt out they will not give out your personal information so please unsubscribe I did this and also did it through 'live chat' specifically requesting that they remove my email address and telephone number, whist I copied and pasted the opt-out/unsubscribe details within their privacy policy, again I emailed a copy to an alternative address and printed a copy as proof.
Something very interesting.. i emailled them, as to why i did not recieve a phone call within the hour of me signing up for the trial as stated in their Advertising Practices & FTC Policy Compliance

I joined on above website and ordered some slimming tea on 17 June 2008. I only received one box with 60 tea bags. I unsubscribed in July 2008. Since June 2008 they deducted every month from my credit card (see details below). Another box was send and it was confiscated by Import & customs department. Import & Customs demanded another another R237.00 to release it, therefor I did not pay it and it might have been returned by the Import & customs.

Because of R/$ exchange rate it is appromiately $402 that I paid for 60 tea bags. Maybe that is where the slimming comes from as you don't have money left to buy food after paying this amount for 60 tea bags.

my name is Irene rRichardson. i have signed up for the FREE TRAIL you had to offer, i have recieved your package and yet you have taken 2LOTS OF £42 OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. I am not satisfied with this product OR the fact you have taken money from me.
i want this matter soted out NOW, othere wise i am going to the POLCE AND THE NEWS PAPER. This is not how you should run a company!
you have untill tuesday to get back to me on this matter otherwise me and my solicitor are going to press charges.
Scam, Fraud,
Wu Yi Source is a RIP OFF - do not go anywhere near them!
Staying Fat forever is better than these scammers ripping you off.
I went for the trial - which arrived the day after the trail period when I could cancel - they continued to take two unauthorised full payments until I cancelled and even then I was still seeing unidentifiable small amounts coming out - My bank's fraud dept told me to cancel the card as if it was stolen.
I asked Wu-Yi SOurce to send me confirmation that they had destroyed my credit card details and had not handed my cc details on to anyone else. (STILL WAITING)
Another thing - I use stock photography in my job and noticed that their 'team" at the bottom of this page under About Us http://www.wu-yisource.com/ is the same crowd as this stock photo here... http://www.shutterstock.com/pic-8514241-business-team-in-an-office-with-a-businesswoman-leading.html
Look who has added their head!
Before you even consider a cup of second rate tea will work RUN! The only weight you will lose from this tea is from your pockets.
Even if you Google WuYi Tea Scam there is a paid add at the top supposedly by a woman who was scammed by other wu yi suppliers and then found the Wu Yi Source worked and was wonderful - So they are even spending Google Ad money for reputation management using SCAM as the keyword.
Start walking every day, drop the sugar carbs all for FREE!
I hope they get caught real soon - where are the laws that govern these scams?
I ordered a SAMPLE of Wu-Yi Source Tea, no one mentioned that when I did I was joining anything! Surprise last month when I got my credit card there were 2 charges that I had no idea for what but they were small and for some reason I let them slide, well lo and behold this month those 2 same charges. I cancelled and returned the Wu-Yi Product and recieved my refund and NOW I expect the same from your company. I did not authorize anyone to charge on my credit card and there was NO mention of this so called membership. I expect a refund in the amount of $19.90 and NO farther charges on my credit card. Yor time and consideration is expected and appreciated.
I returned the product within the 14 day trial period and was assured, in writing, my credit card would not be charged $59.95. I had enclosed the letter, highlighted their terms of the agreement and hand wrote instructions to not charge my credit card. One week later the charges were processed. I called the company and explained the situation, a credit was generated. Waiting to see if the credit goes through and if additional charges are processed next month. I do not have a good feeling about this company.
hi, I have succesfully got all my money back from both wuyi and living lean.Every bank and credit card company has a section for internet fraud.Contact them, have copies of statements invoices and anything else.My bank put me in touch with their internet fraud person who after looking at it went into their accounts via the number on your statment before the amount taken and was able to RECLAIM all the funds taken from my account. It also helps to take some print outs and names of the websites that have all the complaints about the company on.This company has operated beore under a different name and was stopped from trading.Living Lean is a piggyback company and just another avenue to take money.I wish you all success, get on the phone now or go to your bank, be firm they have special departments for this and should help you.If not make a fuss, write to the manager etc.Regards pat (united Kingdom)
I ordered a free trial WuYi Tea for $4.95 on 5/5/08 and they have charged me for:
5/5/08 $2.00
5/27/08 $29.95
6/9/08 $34.90.
I bought in December 2007 on line Wuyi Tea. After 3 weeks, and did not lose weight I phone the company to not charged my credit card anymore and stop sending me the tea. The women said no problem. I did not receive anymore tea but they still take from my account $19.95 They are ripping me off.
I paid shipping and handling of $3.95 for a free sample. Now they are charging me $89.31 for a monthly supply I never ordered.
It appears that many people have been SCAMMED by this company, who runs it's phony business with telephone numbers & online help only. I ordered WuYi tea for a month and I returned the remaining tea. I then canceled my subscription/membership. Then one month later, a $19.95 charge appears under IW Living Lean Las Vegas NV, which linked to WuYi tea, through Google search engine. I never authorized this charge, nor give out my account to another company. It is unethical and just a complete 100% rip off[SCAM] from the customer. It is unacceptable for the customers who work hard to make money or to survive day by day where as WuYi & Living Lean can make money easily from hard working people. I would suggest to take strong legal action against to this company from all the complaint customers.
I purchased some diet tea a few months ago online. Now I'm being charged on my credit card for $19.95 for something called 'Living Lean'. Turns out this is a website for helping people lose weight. I was told that it was mentioned as a 'bonus' offer when I bought the tea but I never heard of it. And it's not really an 'offer'. They automatically sign you up for it and start charging right away. I noticed the first couple of months but thought it was for another legitimate company. Finally I realized that it wasn't and called them. They canceled my "account" which I didn't even know I had and agreed to refund this month's charge. They won't go back to the beginning because I didn't cancel within their trial period which ended before I even got my shipment of tea. Oh, and by the way, the tea doesn't work. Big surprise! So... buyer beware of this company!
on april 2 2008 i cancelled this product by phone and received
a confirmation number. then today 5/8/08 i checked my
bank account i saw that, they deducted a payment for this
product that i had cancelled for this product that does'nt even work. WTF... I WAS THINKING! So i want them to reimburse
me for what i had already cancelled 30 days ago.
MY ADVICE TO ANYONE IS DON'T ORDER THIS ###! IT'S
A WASTE AND A SCAM.
I did a show in December 2010. I made it clear that I would only do a 10 day show, not any short shows as we had other offers for short work. Chris Dirobbio (employee) hired me. I had a team in place and off we go. the product shows up just a few hours before starting. Inventory sheets were a total inaccurate mess. We start on Thursd with nothing but problems but sold quite a bit of product. On Sunday " 2 pm I get a call from Dirobbio that OOPS it was actually a short show and we had to pack it all up and leave by 6pm. Also they changed locations (Costco & Sams )of where the show would be done 4 times the week before. Dirobbio lied over and over about location issues (all in writing), he even stated the reason why the show was moved was they had an agreement they couldnt do a Costco show within 20 miles of a Sams..LIE ...come to find out they had a show booked at the other Sams the same weekend. BUT on the Frid of the show I get a phone call from yet another Fudgie Wudgie sales manager asking if I was interested in doing the EXACT SHOW I was working. When I told him where I was and was actually working that show, he had no idea what to say...DiRobbio stated they had so many shows that their systems were behind on scheduling.
Then comes payday. I call Dirobbio, he stated (in writing) that he was a sles manager and not responsible for payroll (sounds like he is more likely IRresponsible ). i called Chris Warman, the woman responsible for cutting checks and their controller for 45 days..NOT A SINGLE RETURN CALL. BUT I did get a nice threat from Dirobbio stating he took my written assessment of him seriously.
So many people started posted thru merchant circle and other places about these problems from folks all over the country NOT being paid. Amazingly thats when FW started coming to life, they were able to remove several written posts and even had fake people start blaming it on Contractors not paying their employees.FW doesnt pay their contractors, the contractors find it hard to pay their people who help.FW had fake people stating they knew for a fact these issues erent true, but the posts kept coming more and more everyday
I filed a formal complaint with the PA attorney Generals office and my states Attorney generals office. Also contacted (with others) the local newspaper in Pittsburgh and TV stations. First let me tell you that if you were hired by FW they are who you have to go after, if it was a contractor working for FW then its the contractor you have to go after, then they go after FW...BUT federal Law states that if an employer deliberately refuses to pay you (contact your local US dept of Labor office) you will receive DOUBLE as a penalty and of course you should also receive court costs and legal fees..
If 1 person compalins to the state atty general (also file in the state you worked), they simply look at it as a nuisance..BUT if enough people will start filing complaints, it could be considered fraud. And lets remember folks FW uses the internet to hire people over state lines. Contact every news org you can and your and PA state atty generals office and keep on it. Document EVERYTHING. It worked for me, all of a sudden I get a call from Warman with a new set of LIES and I am told payment would go out the next day. I get rude responses from their HR woman saying we paid you. BUT they have no problem playing games and telling lies to cover other lies. If enough of us complain the governemnet will have no choice but to do something. I know 1 woman that contacted her US senator and his office contacted the dept of labor and got her paid...do whatever you have to do (Legally) because that is the only way you will ever get paid.
Good luck...had I seen these warnings beforehand I would NEVER have worked for them.
fraudulent company
I orderd wu-yi tea some time ago on a trial only basis, tried it and didn't think much of it, especially when I found out it was nothing more than oolong tea something that I could easily purchase at Whole Foods or some other type of health food store. I am an avid tea drinker so this was very frustrating to me that this company would pass off something readily available to the public and at a significantly lower price.
So then I tried getting in contact with this company to immediately cancel my order, send back what I had not used so I could get a full refund, which they supposedly guarentee if you're not fully satisfied with the product. This was very difficult because they do not include any sort of invoice, receipt or packing slip. I've tried e-mailing them with no avail and after reading through your website I see that I am not the only one who is upset about this. Sounds like a class action lawsuit to me. I currently have five boxes sent from them (with 3 boxes of tea in each) that I would like to be refunded. They owe me alot of $$. Any opinion or help you could offer would be so appreciated.

OMG i live in New Zealand - Wu-Yi Tea sucks big time. I entered a promo for a trial offer which has turned into a nightmare. I have had hundreds taken from my account which I didnt notice either until too late. NO contact deatils at all sent with the box i DIDNT order but subsequently recieved. I couldnt send it back. I cant raise the company website, it doesnt seem to want to come up - i have been trying to open the site for the past ten minutes.
These people have prayed on an innocent person(s) and thats pretty darn stink. Its 'Random Acts of kindness Day" here in New Zealand. I wish they would randomly be kind to me and give me back my money. Right now i really need it.
While I can cancel my credit card, they still get to keep my hard earnt money. I wish i had some way of contacting them. Mind if you guys are finding it hard to get through to them and to get your money back, that doesnt bode very well for me all they way down here in the pacific.
Good luck to all...
Me too. I thought it was a free trial. To date they have charged me $432.15 AUS for 3 boxes of tea. Pretty profitable business! On Monday, 1st December 2008 I thought I had got rid of Wu Yi by ringing the number to cancel the tea, as I gave them my custmer I.D. I thought this was the end of it but no their sister companies kept on drawing from my credit card for the web access fees and membership charges. I have tracked down these numbers today and here they are if this helps you get rid of them. I would love to be refunded the money, but would not know where to start. They have already wasted so much of my time that I think I'll just call it quits and tell everyone I can about this disaster.
Phone Numbers I have managed to track down are:

WOW! This scam is really convoluted! I originally ordered a trial for $1 from earncashfastwithgoogle.com, which never came. I'm sure you've read this story before. Then came the $11.95, which I got removed by calling a phone number. Then there was a $4.95 charge I was able to get refunded. Guess who refunded the money--WU YI! I have never ordered tea in my life!
There is quite a web of scammers out there. Poor, poor stupid me!
hello, I managed to cancel my tea, but then I got charged $9.95 and $4.95 for some tips which I never got! well, I managed to get the 9.95 cancelled, but they said I still had to pay the first charge, she said it was in my contract! trying to get the 4.95 cancelled was harder! the phone number sends you to a web site that sent me to complaint board. so I filed a complaint! if you call the wu-yi number, she will cancel your tea order. just send back all the tea, she said you will get reimbursed. that's what she told me. I called today [protected] she also told me to go online to wu-yi website, go to live chat and that lady cancelled the 4.95 for me. wow, what a lesson I learned! oolong tea is available at health food stores for way less than 56 dollars! and it didn't help me lose ANY WEIGHT! hahahaha! sharon
I spent at least 1 hour on wiyu chat line in an effort to explain that I authorized a "trial" package of the tea. I gave him/her the following information: A full package arrived within two weeks. Two weeks after that, on 30 October/08, my VISA was charged for "web mail access", "membership fee" and the full, unauthorized, cost for 60 days of tea - $59.95 (in Canadian funds - $95.00). When I received my statement at end of November, there was an identical charge. So for almost $200, I have 60 bags of tea (which could be purchased from a health food store), 2 small booklets, and a couple of useless emails.
I requested to be totally reimbursed as the web site indicates I have 8 weeks to cancel. Furthermore, all I requested was a "trial" package, the assumption being that I could authorize additional supplies, if I wished.
I provided the tracking numbers from the VISA statement. I was told I should return the unused portion of the tea. BY THIS TIME, ACCORDING TO WIYU, I SHOULD HAVE RECEIVED A SECOND SUPPLY WHICH HAS NOT ARRIVED BUT FOR WHICH I HAVE ALREADY BEEN BILLED.
I am going to my bank today to have my VISA reissued with a different number. If the charges are not reimbursed, I will seek legal advice.
the same thing has happen to me. i went to my bank and they told me that the only way i can stop the payment coming out of my account is my closing down my account and reopening a new one. does any one else have any other suggestion as to how to stop wu yi tea taking unauthorised payments?
I ordered the product on 7 Nov and did not receive it until 24 November. I have been trying to call to cancel the product since I was told that I would be charged 10 days from shipment date. The phone number is not working and the web site has disappeared. I don't know what to do at this time.
I got sucked in too. how did you get in touch with them to cancel?
WU-YI / KAKOO OOLONG TEA
THIS COMPANY LIVING LEAN IS A RIP OFF! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! THEY CHARGE YOU EXORBITANT PRICE OF A REGULAR OOLONG TEA THAT THEY CLAIMED THAT IT'S AN EXTRAORDINARY OR SECRET WEIGHT LOSS TEA WHICH IN FACT I CAN BUY IT FOR $2.00 OR LESS IN GROCERY STORES. I CALLED UP THEIR OFFICE AND SPOKE WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I SAID THAT I WAS OUT OF TOWN SO I WAS NOT ABLE TO TRY IT EARLIER AND I WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL THE AUTOMATIC SHIPMENT SO NO CHARGE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT AND I ALSO WANT TO RETURN THE BOXES OF TEA. SHE SAID THAT I HAVE TO PAY $179.85 FOR THOSE 3 BOXES OF TEAS THAT THEY SENT SINCE IT WAS PAST 30 DAYS. I SAID FROM THE TIME IT ARRIVED IN MY DOORSTEP IT'S ONLY 24 DAYS UP TO THE DATE I CALLED THEM AND SHE ANSWERED THAT THE 30 DAYS STARTS FROM THE TIME I ORDERED NOT THE TIME IT WAS DELIVERED. I TOLD HER I WAS NOT AVAILABLE THEN WHEN IT ARRIVED AND I DON'T KNOW THE PRICE. SHE INSISTED THAT $179.95 IS ON THEIR WEBSITE WHICH I DIDN'T SEE WHEN I ORDERED IT AND I THOUGHT IT'S A FREE TRIAL WHICH I PAID $2.95 FOR IT. SHE OFFERED TO DISCOUNT ME 50% OF THE $179.95 WHICH IS $89.50 OR ELSE THEY WILL CHARGE MY ACCOUNT THE FULL AMOUNT OF $179.95! HOW CAN WE SUE THIS NOTORIOUS KIND OF COMPANY! I HEARD AND READ LOTS OF COMPLAINTS AGAINST THIS COMPANY FROM PEOPLE WHO HAS BEEN RIPPED OFF! THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE WHO WANTS TO LOSE WEIGHT! THEY FOOL YOU TO TRY THEIR TEAS FOR FREE AND PAY ONLY $2.95. IF I KNEW THAT THOSE TEAS COSTS $179.85, WHY WOULD I TRY IT IN THE FIRST PLACE? NONSENSE! IS THEIR A WAY TO SUE THIS COMPANY OR FILE A COMPLAINT AGAINST THIS COMPANY LIKE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU? THEY MUST LOSE THEIR LICENSE & THEY MUST NOT BE ALLOWED TO OPERATE A BUSINESS AGAIN!
The same happened to me. I got three boxes of tea for which I paid the shipping and handeling and then immediately attempted to cance. I just got my statement from the collection company as well. I will be doing the following and recommend doing the same: disputing the debt in writing, forwarding my letters and copies of the collection agency's letters to my state attorney's general's office, the FDA, and the BBB. I also plan on checking to make sure that they are registered to sell products in my state (MD). I will also request that all communications regarding the debt be in writing and that the mail be certified mail, return receipt requrested. Make sure to send yours the same way.
The same thing has just happened to me. To top it off they did not send any type of invoice with the company's information on it. To give us the ammount that it would cost! It was suppose to be a free 2 weeks of tea. I paid for the shipping and then never recieved more tea? What is the 179.00 actually for. The collections person will not give me the phone number to the actual company, only the name!
When trying to contact this company the information provided was no good. I've been trying to contact them to stop payment on a re-order I'd not authorize. I should not have to pay for this product if I do not want to use it . I had agree only to the trial product. No improve to weight lose has occur since beginning the product. I believe I have just been taken for a ride of promise to weight loss.
when trying to contact this company. the infromation provided was no good. I've been tryong to contact them to stop payment on a re-order I didn't authorize.
