I am extremely frustrated with the lack of resolution regarding my payment. Despite requesting a change in bank details due to my bank's non-acceptance of BACS, and being informed by my bank that the funds were returned to the supplier, my payment has still not been processed.

I have contacted your team multiple times, only to receive automated responses claiming the funds have been transferred. This indicates a lack of proper review of my case. My messages have been consistently ignored, and my books remain unpaid for.

I urge you to address this matter immediately and ensure the payment is processed correctly. Your prompt attention to this issue is crucial.
