I ordered a book for my partner for his birthday. I received a totally different book in the cover (in broken packaging). I have since had an absolutely awful time speaking to ridiculous bots who don't answer questions properly. They don't appear to have a single human working for them that you can speak to. THIS SITE IS A TOTAL SCAM. DO NOT ORDER FROM WORLD OF BOOKS.
I have followed their instructions and sent the scam back and now have a different bot emailing me waffling about how I just emailed them in time with the proof of postage and they've now cancelled my order... I didn't have an order with them! I just want my money back.
