Sent in 10 books but they only paid for 4 as they claimed that not all books were received. This is NOT true. They took over two weeks to process the trade which I chased several times. THEY have clearly lost the books and now blaming me as the customer. I also had a 15% coupon applied to the trade which they did not apply either. Tried to get this resolved several times but they just keep saying that I did not send all the books but they have clearly lost them in the warehouse.
Claimed loss: Lost £8.00
Desired outcome: Want paid for all the books that I sent in, which was 10 and an apology
