I ordered a book and paid for priority shipping. Said it would be delivered in 3 to 5 days but now its 2 weeks later and nothing. I paid $32 and customer service refuses to talk and the AI chatbot keeps closing the conversation after I give the order number and then says it been delivered and ends the chat. there is also no method to contact seller/shipper and I am on a budget.
