I had a miserable experience with this company. They asked for 4800/- for the parcel delivery... Once they took the parcel from me, they said it would cost 5800/-. I paid 1000/- extra with no reason.
Earlier they said that it doesn't include any hidden charges but once the order was out for shipment, they asked the receiver to pay extra 20$ (1200/-) as custom duty. Which was not at all mentioned.
The person asked me to pay it and assured that he will get it refunded from the company. We paid it as well. Moreover, the courier didn't reach on expected time!
Now inspite of innumerable calls and mails... No response has been given from their end. They are complete frauds and cheats!
Recommendation: Never ever go into their trap!

Don’t waste your time arguing with World Express Courier Services as they never bothered to commit themselves towards the shipment necessary to arrange. Oftentimes, their hidden charges also result in scams money which the company is willing to get. In case of any discrepancy such as factors mentioned above, ensure to escalate that to your local consumer protection agency and also to the customs department as these practices are unethical. Also, make sure to contact the credit institution through which you initiated the transfer and start a lawsuit in order to get the unapproved money back. For other people who want to work with the same company, ensure that you warn them by posting your experience as this firm is surely suspect.
