WoodSprings Suites review: Checking in

I have made my reservations online when I get there is no one at desk had to call.. put me In a single room which I paid for a double.. Go in and the air isn’t working.. Tells me she is going to get maintenance to come look at it… So now I have to go places in my car just to stay cool which isn’t right… And you can’t get in touch with anyone cause now that won’t answer the phone.. This is rude and unacceptable why does a person have to wait for the room when check in is at 3. Please get in touch with me asap [protected] thank you
