Woodforest National Bank review: suspended overdraft privileges cause I filed a complaint

I filed a complaint to BBB on the Wood Forest National Bank here in Andalusia after they sent an Item back and they always call me to see if I want them to pay for an Item or send it back been with this bank since 2012 and they did not call my cell phone as they usually do
and sent the Item back. Well I filed a complaint against them so they legal department suspended my over draft and they can't do this unless I'm 35 days over drafted and when I called the bank Maggie stated she could not talk to me and I would have to talk to the legal department and I never knew no bank would make you talk to a legal department unless I did something wrong and nope I have not and they did my niece like this and she only had her account for 7 days when Maggie did her like this and I'm trying to find an attorney for they violated my civil rights as a customer and I want something did about this.
