Woobox - cancel my account asap

How come it's absolutely impossible to do what I have been asking you for a long time? I want to cancel my account. Please, do me a favor.
I wish I could do it by myself, but the system doesn't let me do it. There' always a popping up error. I guess they do it on purpose, because no matter how many times I called and wrote, they keep charging me every month, and the amount of money is decent. Maybe it's time to stop? You're aware of my request. You have tons of my emails. Aren't you afraid I will report to the authorities for illegal charges? I will surely do it, I'm fed up.
