Very disappointed

Very disappointed, I wonder now if the domains they try to sell are Fake or not.

I bought a domain on their website but a week later, nothing happened. I requested to be reimbursed but they keep saying the domain has been blocked by the registrar which does not make sense.

The only reply from their support is: Be patient, you must WAIT and WAIT

An authorization code they wanted from me and that was given by me to them. I got it to them in a timely manner. Yet after auth code given apparently error by buyer to transfer out as they claim. If the case ought to have contacted the registry (ICANN) or the registrar (Epik) to see why not going through. Dan didn't so as to even the slightest bit try. Sheer laziness and incompetency by part of their transfer specialists, namely Carla Lee. Above all the fact of the matter is DAN.com cancelled my transaction, thereby backed out of an agreement. Which in doing so cost me a sale, 99$ profit. Even though they solely at fault and cost me dearly, then the audacity by this Carla Lee person to now say: "removed your profile from our platform". To all domain investors using Dan, be leery on who you do business with. Dan could do this to you too.

Dan.com is a website that sends out messages trying to sell domains that nobody really needs. They don't even own these domains, which is a total joke. I would recommend staying away from these crooks.

So, I was trying to buy a domain from Dan.com and let me tell you, it was a real hassle. They sold me the domain and then sent me to a website to unlock it. But when I couldn't figure out how to do it, they just left me hanging. They told me to wait 60 days, but who has time for that? And the worst part is, they took my money and didn't even try to help me out. I would definitely recommend avoiding them at all costs. It's just not worth the headache.

So, I gotta say, I'm pretty ticked off at Dan.com. I told them to stop emailing me and to take me off their list, but they just keep sending me spam about domains that they shouldn't even be messing with. It's like they don't even care about my privacy or my wishes. Honestly, they're the worst kind of spammers and scammers out there. I wouldn't touch them with a ten-foot pole if I were you. Stay far, far away.
