I spoke with company on 9/7/23 about missed payment and that I would be paying off the card within days. The check was in the mail. They received on 9/14/23 or that is when they posted it to the account. At that time the check was enough to cover the whole amount of account since I would be closing account. I sent 492.85 I was told at that time with the refund of the late fee and interest fees I would actually be getting a refund. Not only did I not receive a refund on 9/7/23 they charged me 41.00 in late fee. 11.89 in interest fees and again on 9/14/23 they charged me a late fee of 30.00 another interest fee then for oct they charged the minimum interest fee of 2.00. so, I now owe 54.60 in just fees alone that isn't for any product order or any other reason, but excess fees

When I spoke with customer service on 9/7/2023 I asked them about payment arrangement, everything was supposed to documented but guess not because that call wasn't nor were the other calls stating I was to receive a refund not end up owing more in fees.

Claimed loss: 54.60 in added fees plus refund

Desired outcome: at this point I don't even care about the supposed refund. Just the fees of 54.60 reversed

Avoid at all cost or you will end up paying in excess fees in the end. Check statements often for added fees such as their rewards program you don't realize you are signing up for. They charge shipping fees and even if the product is defective they charge a return fee unless of course you do store credit which ends up costing you in interest anyways.

If you miss a payment even if you talk with customer service, and late fee gets reversed you will end up being charged a late fee again the following month.

They do not have record of your call with the last person you spoke with

was supposed to have a refund when paying card off instead end up owing more. This place is a rip off !
