Princess Polly Disappointing Experience with Princess Polly: Shipping and Customer Service Issues

I gotta say, I had some high hopes for Princess Polly, but they really let me down. I was super clear about what I wanted and needed, but somehow they still managed to mess up my package. And to make matters worse, they couldn't even fix the problem in the end. My package was supposed to arrive soon, but they sent it back for no reason after I already paid for it. Now I have to wait even longer for the package I've been waiting for for two whole weeks. And don't even bother with their 2-day shipping - it's a total waste of time.

Princess Polly Cute Clothes, Lacking Service: My Princess Polly Review

the clothes are cute and trendy, but the customer service is lacking.

I recently made a purchase from Princess Polly and was thrilled with the clothing I received. The styles were on point and the quality was great. However, I did have an issue when I needed to return an item that was too big. I sent it back the same day I received it, but unfortunately, it was a bit pricey to do so. I paid out of my own pocket just about as much as the item cost.

To my dismay, three months later, I still hadn't received a refund. When I contacted customer service, they claimed they never received the item. I was out of money and an item, and they refused to help me whatsoever. They said they needed proof of the sent back item, but I didn't have the receipt anymore. My mail lady saw and knows I sent it, but that didn't seem to matter to them.

Despite this unfortunate experience, I still think the clothes are worth checking out. Just be aware that the customer service may not be the best. Overall, I'd say Princess Polly is a decent option for trendy clothing, but be cautious when it comes to returns and refunds.

Princess Polly Disappointing Experience with Princess Polly: Delayed Delivery and Wrong Order

So, I bought these jeans from Princess Polly, and I gotta say, I was pretty excited to get them. I ordered my usual size, but when they arrived, they were like, way too big. I mean, I know I've put on a few pounds during quarantine, but come on! So, I decided to exchange them for a smaller size, which was in stock, so I thought it would be a quick and easy fix.

But, boy was I wrong. After waiting for three whole weeks, I still hadn't received my jeans. I was getting pretty impatient, so I decided to give them a call and see what was up. And you know what they told me? They had given my jeans to someone else! Can you believe that? I was so angry, I could barely contain myself.

I mean, I had paid good money for those jeans, and I had been waiting patiently for them to arrive. And then, they just go and give them away to someone else? That's just not right. They did refund me, which was nice, but it's not like I can just go out and buy those jeans in a store now. They're not even sold anymore!

Overall, I was really disappointed with my experience with Princess Polly. It seems like there's a big lack of communication within their company, and that's just not acceptable. I hope they can get their act together and start treating their customers better, because this was just not okay.

Princess Polly Affordable and Trendy: My Princess Polly Review

I gotta say, I tried out Princess Polly a while back and it was pretty cool. I got some real trendy stuff for not too much cash, which is always a win in my book. Some of the stuff was kinda meh quality-wise, but that's to be expected when you're not shelling out big bucks. I was a little bummed about a couple of the delicate pieces - one top was just not sitting right and felt like it could fall apart at any moment.
But, I gotta give props where props are due - their matching sets section is pretty sweet. It was super easy to find what I was looking for and I appreciated that they have sales and discounts every now and then. Plus, free shipping in Australia if you spend over 50 bucks? Yes please.

Princess Polly Disappointing Experience with Princess Polly: Late Shipping and Ridiculous Return Fees

I was really disappointed with my experience shopping at Princess Polly. I ordered some clothes for a specific event, but unfortunately the shipping took longer than expected. To make matters worse, when I tried to return the items, I was charged a ridiculous $7 fee. I couldn't believe it - every other website I've shopped at offers free returns! It's frustrating that I had to pay extra just to return something that didn't work out for me.

To add insult to injury, the website claimed that they needed an "extra delivery day" and that the items would arrive on the 16th. But I ordered on the 11th, so that's definitely not "a certain amount of days" like they promised. It's really frustrating when companies don't deliver on their promises, and it's even worse when it costs you money.

Overall, I won't be shopping at Princess Polly again. It's just not worth the hassle and the extra fees. I wish they would be more transparent about their shipping and return policies, and offer better customer service.

Princess Polly Princess Polly Review: Overpriced Clothing and Terrible Customer Service

The clothing at Princess Polly is not worth the price. I recently purchased two skirts in the same size, but the sizing was completely off. The material was also very poor quality, similar to what you would find on Shein, but at a much higher price. Don't be fooled by sponsored reviews, as they can be misleading.

To make matters worse, the customer service at Princess Polly is terrible. I received conflicting information from two different agents regarding the exchange policy. It turns out that international customers are not eligible for exchanges, which is only mentioned at the bottom of the page. Additionally, international customers are required to pay for return shipping.

Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Princess Polly and will not be shopping there again. The clothing is overpriced and of low quality, and the customer service is unhelpful and confusing. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

Princess Polly Disappointing Quality and Censorship: My Experience with Princess Polly

So, I recently made a purchase from Princess Polly and I have to say, I was pretty disappointed with the quality of the Abe puffer jacket I received. It was definitely not up to par with what I was expecting. The quality was more like something you would find on Shein, which is not a compliment. When I received the jacket, I noticed that all of the stuffing on the inside had balled up and fallen to the bottom, making it impossible to wash. Additionally, the seams had strings hanging off and some of them were even completely gone.

I decided to leave a review on their website to let others know about my experience, but to my surprise, they didn't even allow it to be posted. It seems like they only want to showcase the positive reviews and hide the negative ones. I had a feeling something was off when I saw that all of the reviews were raving about the brand and even the "bad" reviews were still given 3/4 stars.

Overall, I was pretty disappointed with my experience with Princess Polly. It's a shame that they don't seem to care about the quality of their products or the opinions of their customers. I definitely won't be shopping with them again in the future.

Princess Polly Disappointing Experience with Princess Polly: Late Delivery, Duties, and Poor Customer Service

I just had my first shopping experience with Princess Polly and I have to say, I won't be coming back. I was promised a speedy delivery with international express courier service, but my order didn't arrive within the 2-4 day time frame. To make matters worse, I had to pay for duties on top of the delivery fee. The company did offer me a 20% discount for the inconvenience, but it was too little too late.

After waiting for 12 long days, my order finally arrived. Unfortunately, my graduation evening functions had already passed and I no longer needed the dresses I had ordered. I was really disappointed with the company's excuses and apologies. They were gushy but useless. Why would I want to buy more clothes from them with the 20% discount code they meekly offered for their poor international delivery? To add insult to injury, I now have to pay $25 to return the items.

I understand that COVID-19 has made things difficult for everyone, but convenience excuses are no longer acceptable after 18 months of them being abused. Princess Polly needs to step up their game and provide better service to their customers. I won't be shopping with them again.

Princess Polly Disappointing Experience with Princess Polly: Missing Items, Sizing Issues, and Poor Customer Service

I am so disappointed with my recent experience with Princess Polly. I placed an order for two pairs of pants, a pair of sunglasses, and a pair of shoes. However, when my package arrived, I was missing the shoes. It wasn't until I sent a follow-up email that I was informed that the shoes were no longer in stock and I would be refunded. This was such a waste of my time and now I'm scrambling to find a replacement pair of white sandals for my upcoming vacation. It's causing me unnecessary stress.

To make matters worse, the two pairs of pants I received were drastically different sizes, even though they were supposed to be the same pant. It's frustrating to have to deal with sizing issues when shopping online. And don't even get me started on the sunglasses. The quality was terrible and I wouldn't even pay five dollars for them at a store.

When I reached out to customer service for help, I was met with unhelpful responses. It's frustrating when you're trying to resolve an issue and the company doesn't seem to care about your concerns.

To top it off, Princess Polly's return policy for international shoppers is not transparent. It's important for companies to be upfront about their policies, especially when it comes to returns.

Overall, I would not recommend shopping on this website. It's not worth the time or money.

Princess Polly Disappointing Quality from Princess Polly: A Review from Europe

I recently placed an order on Princess Polly's website all the way from Europe. I was eagerly waiting for my package to arrive and after 20 days, it finally did. I must say, the delivery time was not too shabby. I had ordered a trench coat and was beyond excited to try it on. However, my excitement was short-lived as I was left feeling disappointed with the quality of the product.

To begin with, the buckles on the coat were made of plastic instead of metal. I mean, seriously? Plastic? The fabric was so thin that I could feel it falling apart in my hands. I have purchased cheaper clothes in the past that had better lining and stitching. I am not expecting perfection, but at least some basic quality standards. I reached out to their customer service team and they requested pictures from me. How am I supposed to prove that the item is of poor quality in real life when it looks perfect in pictures?

I have come to the conclusion that most fast fashion brands do not care about the quality of their products once they leave the studio. Let's not even talk about the plastic bag it came in. If I want to return the item, it will take forever, especially since I am outside the USA. It will cost me too much for too little.

Overall, I am disappointed with my experience with Princess Polly. The delivery time was decent, but the quality of the product was a joke. I would not recommend this brand to anyone who values quality over quantity.
