Horrible service. Purchased a few dresses and had to return a few as they did not fit me. Advised I would have to pay $8.95 shipping label for them to be returned as they did not fit me. I advised that their size chart on their website is incorrect and therefore would need like a store credit or refund. They are uncooperatively advising that I will have to pay $8.95 for a return of faulty items, otherwise they will discard my items after 30 days. I advised and showed them consumer laws and they still, don’t care.

Don’t do this to yourself! Go elsewhere.

I'm usually a size 12, I looked at their size chart. And went with a 12. Purchased 3 dresses. They were all different sizes, nothing fit properly. I told customer service and their excuse was because they are from different supply stores they can't guarantee that the sizes are the same as their chart provided. They refused to take back 2 as they were 50% or more off sale and only was goinf to give store credit for 1 dress which i dont want. They are trying to force me to keep dresses that dont fit.

I have taken this further to a lodged a dispute with fair trading as they are breaching ACCC guidelines.

I ordered a dress off amaroso for Melbourne cup, when it arrived I was utterly disappointed. It was shein quality and just didn’t look anything at all like the pictures on the website. When I kindly asked for a refund Samantha an employee just sent a gift card. I didn’t want to make a fuss so I placed another order, another dress arrived that was again poor quality and nothing like the photos online. I have now asked 4 times for a refund and am getting no responses. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

They claim to be all about customer service but I’m $140 out of pocket that’s including the postage I’ve had to pay

I just gotta tell ya, I got these two dresses from Amaroso Boutique (amaroso.com.au) and they were the bomb dot com. I mean seriously, the quality was amazing and the shipping was super fast. Like, lightning speed fast. I couldn't believe it. And let me tell ya, I've had my fair share of online shopping fails, but this wasn't one of them. Nope. These dresses were worth every penny. I don't even know why I bothered looking anywhere else. Amaroso Boutique has got it going on. So if you're on the fence about whether or not to buy from them, let me tell ya, you won't be disappointed. Trust me.

for sure. Might as well just throw my money away. Plus, their sizing is all over the place, one dress fit perfectly while the other was so tight I couldn't even breathe. The quality was just okay, some of the threads were already coming loose after wearing it for only a few hours. And let's not forget about the shipping, it took forever for my order to arrive, and I was so excited to try everything on but ended up being disappointed. Overall, I wouldn't recommend Amaroso Boutique to anyone, there are better online stores out there that have better quality clothing and customer service.

Well, for starters, I had some major issues with their return policy. You can't get a refund, only store credit, and you have to pay for your own returns! And don't even think about buying anything on sale. Returns on sale items won't be refunded, or even given as a store credit. Yeah, you read that right. So if you're not 100% sure about it, don't bother.

They told me that I needed to contact Australia Post to get my money back despite it being their mistake. In the end, I had to give up my efforts and allow myself to take the loss. I am very disappointed with Amaroso Boutique and would not suggest them to anyone I know. They aren't easy to deal with and ultimately aren't worth the trouble.
