Windsor LOVE their clothing!

Windsor has the cutest clothes for the best price. I always get the most compliments when wearing their items. The clothes are consistent and true to size. I'm petite and their clothes fit my body type very well. They have a decent return policy as well. Additionally, their customer service is responsive and very helpful.

I have been shopping at Windsorstore.com for years now and they are my favorite online store to shop at.

Windsor Love!

I had to get a prom dress super short notice! (Two weeks to be exact) I had been to their store before so I knew my size (they run a bit small). I had typed in the wrong email so I couldnt check on it, have my tracking number, nothing. Called customer service, the lady who answered was very nice and helpful. I informed her of my situation and she took care of it. Even bumped up my order to make sure I got it in time! It was suppose to be in the following Wednesday at the earliest (ordered it on a Monday) got it that Friday!

Windsor Worst Online Experience EVER

I ordered a romper, a pair of earrings, a necklace and shoes for an event coming up in a week. The order was suppose to be around $110 dollars but they had a coupon code on the site for 30 percent off all items. I ended up paying $70 + an additional $10 for faster shipping. My event was in 7 days and the site said 5 days the latest. However it took 10 days to receive my package. I did call there customer service the day before my event and was told it took 2-3 days to process my order then it ships 1-5 days ( which is not clear on the site) x_x I asked about having a refund because it's not explained on the site and rudely was told that if I get it by August 4th then I can. It arrived August 5th

When I finally received the package I was hopefully to have an outfit I can use for the future. I was instantly disappointed and pissed. Everything said made in China. The romper had thread hanging off the sides. Cheaply made! The shoe strap was too long which made it unsafe to wear for anyone (no heal support). The necklace and earrings looked and felt like 25 cent machine toys. I can go on for hours about how terrible and cheaply made these products are.

I returned them though FedEx no less than an hour after opening them. Windsor won't have it until August 15th (but who knows), then I have to wait 2-3 days for them to process the order then I might get my money back in 10 days. So since I spent my money the last week of July, it will now take over a month to possibly get it back, if they give it back to me!

Beware! DO NOT SPENT YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS CRAP! You deserve so much better then this review readers. Walmart has even stepped up there game! Give them a shot! Better yet, go to Joanne's, purchase the material and make your outfit yourself. Even if you have no knowledge in sewing I'm sure the quality will be so much better than Windsor. At least you can say you made it yourself and have an excuse to why your outfit looks like crap!

Side note -I went into the store a few days ago. I found out they have a Windsor in the mall near me. Just to see if it was my choice of items... but nope! Everything looks cheap, everything feels cheap and is way Way WAY over priced.

Good luck ladies on your future spending. Just remember, say no to Windsor and drugs.

Windsor Beware of this store very rude and there employee like to assault customers

On Sunday The 28th of November I have decided to return some items at the Northwood mall. My first stop was Windsor Fashion store after walking in without being greeted. I made my way to the register still not greeted ask if I could do a return. There were 3 ladies behind the counter. One was alone and the other two were talking behind the register. The lady with the white blazer was a younger African American girl who decided to walk toward the register I was standing at. She immediately didn't greet me again. I ask to return the two items that were in my bag. The first item was a purse I gave her the receipt and immediately told me that the purses are final sale. I stated, where is it stated on the receipt.? She says it is listed under accessories and I read that it did say accessories are final sale but it never was clarified to me that purses were listed as accessories at this company during the time of purchase of this particular item. I again stated that I was unaware of this policy during the purchase and she stated, that Windsor does not have to tell their customers about final sales items. Again I was a little outraged about that statement so I stated it sound a little bizarre but ask if she can return the other item. So I took out the other item and it was a blazer jacket the tags were still attached to both items and again both items were still in a resaleable condition. After asking her if I can get a refund for this item she immediately got upset and tell me she not helping me. I asked her why She say I had an attitude and assume that I was having a bad day and which is the reason why she not refunding my other item. I stated I do not have an attitude. I am however upset about telling her about the fact that I can't get my money on the purse. She told me to leave the store and call customer service to get my money back for both items. After that, I was a little confused about why am I asked to leave the store. I asked her for her name and she say "store manager". I asked for the corporate number and she told me to google it, I also ask for the district manager's info and she ignored me and walk away. She turns back around and says do I need to call mall security. I decided to take a picture of this young lady who she says is a store manager. She got highly upset and begin to threaten me with physical violence. She begins to proceed to walk from behind the counter and almost tries to assault me. Luckily The girl that works there tries to hold her back. In many years of shopping in retail and also working in retail. I never try to assault a customer. She claims she is a stores manager so obviously, this company just hires unprofessional girls that just do what they want at a job. Wow! I work in retail and have never done such a thing with a customer. Luckily I was able to get my money back from my bank. I will never buy anything from Windsor again I will also never refer people there too. Please be aware of Windsor in Northwood Mall.

Windsor Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Windsor Online Clothing Store

I recently had a disappointing experience with Windsor, a well-known online clothing store. While browsing through their website, I found a gorgeous dress that caught my attention. It was on "final sale," but I noticed that there was an add-on option for a shaper to go underneath. I wasn't sure if I would need it, so I decided to get it as well. However, it was not clear anywhere during the checkout process that everything in my order would be final sale - it wasn't indicated on my order confirmation or anywhere else.

Upon receiving my order, I discovered that the dress didn't fit me properly. I also realized that I didn't need the shaper after all. I decided to contact their customer service via email, but unfortunately, I didn't receive any response. So I tried to reach them via live chat, but the agent I spoke to was of little help. They simply copied and pasted responses, not providing any useful information. Feeling frustrated, I decided to call their customer service hotline.

However, the operator I spoke to was impatient and spoke over me most of the time. All she could say was that it was clearly stated that everything was final sale, which was not very helpful. As a customer, I felt like they were being rude, condescending, and just generally unpleasant to deal with. If only they knew how much I loved their products - now I am seriously reconsidering whether I want to shop there again.

I think that Windsor would benefit from clearer communication during checkout, more responsive communication channels, and better customer service training. If they could take these steps, they could better serve their customers and build a loyal following.

Windsor Unprofessional Customer Service: My Disappointing Experience with Windsor

My recent experience with Windsor was extremely disappointing. I had purchased an item online that I did not end up liking when I saw it in person. I attempted to return the item at a store, but unfortunately, the staff turned me away. After attempting to set up a return through email, I was informed that a return label could not be sent to me via email and I would have to wait for it to be mailed out. This would not have worked for me as I needed to return the item within the 14-day window. Despite offering to pay for shipping, I was met with an unprofessional response from the representative, who typed in all caps and seemingly yelled at me.

As a customer, I do not appreciate being treated disrespectfully and I will not be giving Windsor any more of my hard-earned money. It is unacceptable for any company to have employees who behave in such a manner. I hope that Windsor takes steps to train its staff on how to properly communicate with customers and improve their customer service practices.

Windsor Poor Shipping Practices from Windsorstore.com: A Cautionary Tale

Recently, my daughter had a senior portrait sitting, and we ordered a dress from Windsor (windsorstore.com). We paid $28 for Express shipping, which promised delivery within 1-2 days. However, according to the tracking information, the package only had to travel about 2 hours by car, so we expected it to arrive the following day. However, on the third day, the tracking information only showed the package as "arriving Thursday," which would be 4 days from 2 hours away. I contacted Windsor to ask some questions about the shipping method, but all I received was an unhelpful response that the package should arrive on Wednesday.

Despite my concerns, the dress did not arrive on time for my daughter's senior portraits, and I began to question whether Windsor had actually shipped the order by Express delivery as we had paid for. Unfortunately, my inquiries went unanswered. The package finally arrived on the fourth day - just a day before the senior portraits - and as someone who works in shipping, I could tell that it had only been sent 1st class. Since Windsor's 1st class is about $24 cheaper, I was left wondering why they had charged us the more expensive rate for Express delivery, only to send it via 1st class.

In my frustration, I attempted to contact Windsor several times to get an explanation, but they only offered to refund the shipping fee. Given the inconvenience and distress their poor shipping practices caused my family, I am requesting more than just a refund. I feel that this situation warrants serious accountability on their part, and I will not hesitate to warn others about their practices. At this point, Windsor has yet to offer an explanation or take any meaningful action to resolve the issue.

Windsor Disappointed with customer service and return policy of Online Clothing Store, Windsor

I recently had a less than satisfactory experience with Windsor, an online clothing store (windsorstore.com) that I wanted to share. On December 6th, 2021, I purchased a shirt as a Christmas gift for my friend. Unfortunately, upon receiving the gift, my friend discovered that the thin strap on the shirt was tearing at the seam.

After discovering the defect, I went to the store on December 26th, 2021, to exchange the shirt for one that was not damaged. Initially, I was hopeful that the exchange process would be smooth, as their receipt states that you can exchange items up to 30 days after purchase. However, when I presented the damaged shirt to the clerk, she informed me that their policy is "14 days" and that she could not exchange the shirt.

Confused and frustrated, I explained to the clerk that the receipt clearly stated that I had 30 days for an exchange, to which she became flustered and got her manager. Unfortunately, the manager was just as unhelpful and proceeded to inform me that I could not exchange the shirt because their policy only allowed exchanges during the holiday dates, which ended the day before Christmas. This was confusing to me because I was sure that I had purchased the shirt within the holiday timeframe, yet the manager was not willing to budge on the policy.

To make matters worse, the manager also accused me of trying to return a damaged item too late after purchase, calling it a "red flag." I found this to be extremely unprofessional and unnecessary, especially since they were the ones who sold me a defective product.

Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Windsor. Their return policy is not clear, and their employees and managers do not seem to be on the same page about how it should be executed. As a potential customer, it is off-putting to feel like my issue or concern is being ignored or dismissed. I hope that Windsor can improve its policies and customer service in the future, as I believe it will help them retain customers and build a positive reputation.

Windsor Poor Customer Service at Windsor - Disappointing Experience in Store

So, I walked into Windsor this afternoon hoping to grab some clothes. The store seemed busy, and I saw two employees at the front. But as I walked up to the register, I realized they were just yakking away like they didn't have tons of customers waiting to check out. I put down my stuff, waiting for service, but they kept chatting away. After a minute, one of them (a young white girl in a striped black dress) noticed me and started ringing up my clothes with no greeting or smile.
It's not like I was thrilled about the lack of attention, but I ignored it. But then, I couldn't find my size in one top I wanted. The store seemed packed with clothes, but surprisingly, no employee was helping anyone. Frustrated, I took the top off a mannequin to see if it'd fit. The girl at the register noticed and gave me a dirty look, asking if I took it off the mannequin. When I said yes, she rudely told me to ask for assistance next time and not touch the mannequins. I explained that I didn't see anyone around, but she didn't seem to care.
Honestly, it made me feel super uncomfortable shopping there. I like the store and usually spend my money there, but I don't think I want to go back if this is how customers are being treated. It's one thing to have a busy store and be understaffed, but it's another thing to be rude to customers and make them feel unwelcome. I really hope Windsor starts to care more about their customer service because it can make or break a shopping experience.

Windsor Windsor's Disappointing Service: A Review of Their Poor Communication and Shipping Fees

I recently had an encounter with Windsor and unfortunately, it wasn't the best experience. I ordered a dress but realized after submitting my order that I had selected the wrong size. Trying to amend my mistake, I reached out to Windsor and awaited their response. To my dismay, I did not receive any communication from them which prompted me to cancel my order altogether. However, I was disappointed to learn that I was unable to cancel my order since it had already been submitted, even though it had not been processed yet according to their website.

What makes matters worse is that if I receive the dress and it's still the wrong size, I would have to return it, which would be an additional $13 in shipping costs- including the return shipping. This means that the cost of the dress would be significantly higher, and this is not something I'm willing to pay for. I'm so upset about this because the dress I ordered was only $35, so the shipping cost alone makes it less than worth it.

I'm truly disappointed that my experience with Windsor has been such a negative one. When I saw some bad reviews, I thought it wouldn't apply to me but I was wrong. I regret shopping with them and certainly will not be doing it again. I even encountered typos in their email and this just adds to the unprofessionalism of the company.

For those of you considering shopping with Windsor, my advice would be to save yourself the stress and hassle and shop elsewhere. My satisfaction with their products and services were not met and I believe I am not the only one. Therefore, I would give them zero stars if possible. I have already taken the steps to file a complaint through PayPal in hopes of receiving a full refund since I am not able to cancel the order.

Windsor Abysmal Customer Service and Poor Quality: My Disappointing Experience with Windsor

As a consumer, I was incredibly disappointed with the experience I had with Windsor, an online clothing retailer. To simply put it, this company's customer service is dreadful. My initial order was marred by an honest mistake of mine, as I accidentally typed in the wrong address when entering in my order. However, I was quite surprised to find that Windsor did not offer me any assistance with correcting this easily fixable issue. Instead, they simply shrugged it off, leaving me with the burden of trying to correct my shipping address through other means such as FedEx and USPS, which was a time-consuming and frustrating process.

It was also irksome that the incorrect shipping information was not even legitimate, as I had mistyped by only one number. Despite this, their customer service representatives were unsympathetic to my plight and offered me no help whatsoever. This is incredibly disheartening, as every other company I've ordered from in the past has offered easier solutions — even small indie companies that are relatively new.

Windsor's customer service continued to fail me when, after they had assured me that my package had arrived via email, it was nowhere to be found. When I explained this to the representative I contacted again, I was met with yet another disappointing response: "dispute it with the credit card company. Sorry for the inconvenience." It's at this point where I cannot help but feel that proper customer service etiquette was thrown out the window. The representative should have offered a refund or made any genuine attempt at atoning for their mistakes.

To add fuel to the fire, some of my items from my order even arrived with a pungent odor, while others were fraying. The quality was simply unacceptable, and I cannot emphasize enough how much I regret ever deciding to buy from this company. In conclusion, my experience with Windsor was an abysmal one, and I would discourage any potential buyers from doing business with them.

Windsor Disappointing Experience with Windsor Store: Delayed Delivery and Unhelpful Customer Service

My experience with Windsor store was a bit of a letdown, to say the least. I was really looking forward to receiving my order of 3 beautiful formal dresses for a special event, and even paid the extra $10 for speedy delivery. Unfortunately, with the ongoing pandemic, delivery times have been unpredictable and frustrating. Despite receiving a shipping confirmation email, I never received any updates on the delivery status and ended up receiving my package two weeks after my event had already passed.

While I understand that this wasn't necessarily Windsor's fault, I was hoping to return the dresses I couldn't use. However, it turns out that their return window for formal dresses is only 14 days, which had already passed before I even received the package. I tried calling customer service twice during my work breaks, but was unable to stay on hold long enough to speak with a representative. Eventually I sent an email, only to receive a message with a link informing me that my items were ineligible for returns.

Overall, I can't say that I had a positive experience with Windsor store. I understand that the pandemic has caused a lot of issues for retailers, but I was disappointed by the lack of clear communication and unhelpful customer service. Windsor Disappointing Online Shopping Experience at Windsorstore.com: Misleading Product Categorization and Poor Customer Service

I was so disappointed with my recent online shopping experience at Windsorstore.com. As someone who loves their items and always visits their stores while in California, I thought shopping online would be just as great. However, I quickly realized that I had made a mistake. I had gone to the Dresses section and selected an item that I thought was a dress, but it ended up being a top. Admittedly, it was my fault for not paying attention to the product description, but who really reads the details of a dress name? I was excited to wear it out and was looking forward to receiving my package.

To my absolute dismay, the package arrived and was the size of my palm. I opened it to find a top that looked like a piece of string. Despite being disappointed, I tried to make it work, but it was terrible. The fabric was ill-fitting and there was a huge gap between the fabric and my boobs, causing them to spill out in an unflattering way. I was so unhappy with the item that I decided to contact customer service. I showed the representative that the item was listed in the Dresses section and not the Tops section, but she pointed out that I had not read the description. I understand that it's important to read the description, but when shopping for dresses, who has the time to read through all of the technicalities of why they need it?

I had to pay for the shipping label to return the item, which was frustrating since it wasn't my fault that the item was wrongly categorized. I love Windsorstore.com and their products, but my recent experience with their online store has left me feeling disappointed. I hope that they can take steps to ensure that their products are properly categorized moving forward, so this does not happen to other customers.

Windsor Beware of Windsor: Inaccurate Sizing, Poor Quality Control, and No Customer Service

When it comes to online shopping, we all know the risks involved. Unfortunately, Windsor (windsorstore.com) seems to be a company that you should be wary of. One of the most frustrating things about shopping with Windsor is their sizing. Despite having a size chart, it seems to be a mere suggestion at best. Many customers, myself included, have found that when they follow the size guide, the clothes are still too small.

Dealing with customer service is another headache. It seems like no matter how you try to contact them—via email, phone, or social media—they either don't respond or block you. I've been waiting a week to hear back about defective items in my order, and despite calling several times and emailing twice, I've only received computer-generated responses. Sitting on hold for 45 minutes and then getting disconnected is a frustrating waste of time.

My order arrived with several problems. One of the rompers had one leg shorter than the other, and a top I ordered (based on the size chart) was so small that I couldn't even get it on with half the back unlaced. It's not just a sizing issue either; the quality of the items I received leaves a lot to be desired.

All in all, I would strongly advise against shopping with Windsor. Between their inaccurate sizing, poor quality control, and nonexistent customer service, it's just not worth the effort. Save yourself the hassle and find a more reliable retailer.

Windsor Windsor's False Advertising and Unprofessional Customer Service Left Me Disappointed

My experience with Windsor was extremely disappointing, to say the least. I attempted to purchase a pair of Glitter Is All That Matters Platform Heels, which at the time were advertised under the name Chrome Block Heels. However, when my order arrived, I was shocked to find that I had received a completely different product - the actual Chrome Block Heels - which didn't resemble the shoes I had ordered in the slightest. The problem here was that there were no pictures of the Chrome Block Heels available on the website when I made my purchase, so it was clearly Windsor's mistake for falsely advertising.

Upon reaching out to their customer service team, I was met with zero assistance. The representative I spoke with completely shrugged off my issue, insisting that the shoes I received were the ones I had ordered - as if it were somehow my fault that they had been advertised incorrectly! Even after I'd explained the situation in full and made it clear that Windsor was at fault for their mistake, the representative failed to take my complaint seriously and simply stopped responding. This was incredibly unprofessional on their part and I was extremely disappointed in their lack of empathy towards me.

Ultimately, I ended up having to call the store myself just to receive any kind of help. However, their solution was far from satisfactory - all they could offer me was a free return for the shoes I never wanted in the first place. They still refused to take any responsibility for the situation and continued to pretend as though it was somehow my fault.

Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed with my experience with Windsor. It's a shame, because I had previously been a loyal customer of theirs, but this experience has changed my perspective entirely. I definitely won't be recommending them to anybody in the future, and I'm extremely hesitant to purchase from them again.
