I ordered a Mauritius leather from Wolf and Badger and I'm just beyond frustrated with the return process. I ordered the jacket in Small to start, the jacket arrived quickly but I realized I needed to size up. There was no option to do an even exchange, so it made sense to request a store credit since I wanted to order the same jacket, just in a larger size. I placed the new order using my store credit + an additional $16 because there was a price increase, and 8 days later I do not have the jacket. After numerous emails, chats, calls, W&B agreed to cancel the second order but the insist they will only give me a store credit. I need to purchase a jacket elsewhere and need my money back from the original purchase, but they refuse saying their system won't allow for it. It's a shame because Wolf & Badger has really nice merchandise but after this experience, I won't do business with them again. And I am still fighting to get my money back.
Recommendation: When returning items, do not ask for a store credit, have them refund the orig payment
