Wixbilling and services

I recently discovered that long after I canceled service and shutdown my web site, WIX continued to charge me for "site boosting" services. I went to the site to find a number to call, only to find that you cannot call someone from customer service directly. You have to request a call back from customer service via the web site. After requesting a call back, I received a call from someone whose language I could barely understand. I was put on hold by that person for 18 minutes. I then was transferred to another person who kept me on hold for an additional 15 minutes. After I spoke to the customer service representative he informed me that he could only stop charging me going forward and refund the most recent charges, and that his manager told him that's all that he can do. I asked for the manager's name and was refused. I asked for the customer service representatives name and was refused.
