Caveat Emptor!
The bathing suit I ordered from WithChic didn't correspond with their sizing chart at all. It was much, much too small and also arrived outside their delivery window on 6/30, almost >2 weeks after the order was placed on 6/11/19. And although WithChic's phone number is in the San Francisco, CA area code, they are actually based in China. So despite the fact that they have a return policy it is functionally meaningless because the Buyer is expected to assume the hassle and expense of mailing return items back to China. And don't even bother with their useless customer service. When I emailed their customer service dept that the fit of the item is much different than described on their website I was told that the Buyer needs to "understand some measurement error, due to the difference between Asia size and USA size." Fortunately I paid with my PayPal account so I've beeb able to dispute the charge and get a meaningful resolution.

I ordered a dusty blue dress size medium, and it shipped okay timing so I was hopeful. But to my surprise when I got the item it's not like a literal crap I had a God awful smell but I could always wash that away but what I can't do is fix the dress that they gave me. It literally would fit a extra small and I ordered a medium even then the sleeves aren't sown on correctly (not even sown at all I should say since the fabrics flapping . And to add to this it has a hole in both sides like come on! And the fabric is so i'm unproportional it doesn't fit right I will never waist $30on them again nor $1... I would never let anyone I know shop on this cheap website!

when i wanted to return merchandise purchase, they offered me $3.00 refund otherwise it would cost me $30.00 in shipping to return the merchandise to them which the cost of shipping would be more than the sweatshirt purchased! I emailed to complain about their gesture they replied to me saying to keep it and they will return $15.00 instead! they gave me their address in China which I could still opt to return the sweatshirt to them. this company is a scam!

I ordered two dusters. It took forever to arrive. Upon opening the box sequence fell on the floor. I did find on both long strings with missing sequins. Both items were the same size. I could fit one and not the other. It was right at all. I wrote them immediately. I received response saying, sorry you couldn't fit them. They are Asian sizes. They asked if they could refund on $20 of my money. I said no. Send return label. They both are damaged and one don't fit. I want a refund. They then said that it would cost a lot to send back. Nothing since then. Don't waste your money unless your Asian sizes.

I ordered a beautiful top that was displayed on your website. What i received is nothing like it. You can't even wear that thing doesn't even cover the chest its barely even a top. I just lost 22.88$ on this. And you want me to pay additional fee to send it back just to get 5$ back. What kind of scam is this. Why do i get penalized for your false advertisement.

my daughter purchased a jacket form this company, they sent over a moldy mildew jacket that made me sick and seek medical attention, after making this company aware of this, they still insist that we take the jacket fully completely out, cause they were not stasife with the first pic we sent them. they do not want to exchange the product, nor return the money, this is a bogus site and i do not recommend anyone to shop from this site, unless you want to get medically sick with they moldy products or get your money stolen

Do not buy from this company! They do not disclose this on their website, but are located in china, while they advertise a 30 day return or exchange policy, you will have to pay for the shipping to china! Not only that, but that ask you to "declare the value to about $5-10 and mark it as a personal package (gift)".

This company is a sham!.

Here are the exact words I received by email: "...in principle anyway if you are not satisfied with your order, we accept the return application, since we offer 30 days return and exchange. But maybe it will cost a lot of time and money to return it back, uh... If possible, hope you can consider to keep it, send it to your friend as a gift, and I can ask a 20% refund for you as reimbursement."

Shameful...

$ 26.99, in which was taken out of my checking account on feb 4, 2018. I never received my beautiful outfit. I want my refund returned back to my debit card asap!

Purchased a dress from www.withchic.com and the one I received was way too small and tiny and did not fit. I contacted them and asked for a return label but they refused to refund me or even replace for a bigger size.
They claimed my dress was on final sale and that they were unable to accept these kind of items back.
I never heard anything about sales! I paid full price for my product!
This is 100% some kind of scam, I'm sure about that! Don't buy anything from these cheaters!
