Wish the are advertising one item and shipping another

I ordered a MXQ PRO box, remote and keyboard. The picture clearly shows all three. When it arrived I received just a keyboard. I contacted customer support and they told me that's what I ordered.

They decisive there customers with one picture when you place the order then send another picture when fulfilling the order.

I was told to send it back for a full refund. Knowing that it would cost me more money to ship it back.

They are truly deceiving there customers or should I say x customer.

Wish refund

I ordered 3 identical hoodies a few months ago for my niece, rommy, and myself. August 11th my nieces came but the other two didnt. Its now a month later and they refuse to give me my money back because it says delivered. It marked all 3 as delivered how is that my fault? Now they refuse to answer my messages once I said my attourney will be getting involved. Its my money. I shop with them constantly but im constantly not getting my packages. So now I will NEVER shop with them again. Terrible customer service. I will keep messaging them until they answer.

Wish clothing

I ordered 18 items.They are trickling in, an item a day, each from a different address.The items are unwearable.Tiny, doll sized items and made of a cheap nasty umbrella material.Its impossible to contact anyone at any of their numbers.The California BBB gives them an A+ rating..If t his company is an A+ company? Then I am Elvis Presley..The measurements that Wish has on their site are way off, according to the actual item.A 5x which is supposed to be a U.S. size 18.20, Is like a size 5 or 6. Some? Even smaller..The fabrics are all Microfiber and they have a terrible odor..Today? I got a dress with blood stains on the button line..WHY is noone taking ths company to task on the fraud that they are doing?EVERYONE ive talked to about them has had the same or worse experience.I think we should start a class action lawsuit against them.They are stealing from us.

Wish shoes

I ordered 3 pair of shoes from you and you sent me the same exact shoes for 2 pair..How do I return the two exact same shoes for a refund..I do not want two pair of the same shoe..I would like a refund for the same 2 alike pair..I am waiting for the third pair of another type and color of shoes but am not wanting the same shoe same color it doesn't make sense

Wish false charge

I received a debit on my account ending in 4251 on Sept 8, 2018 @12:00 PM in the amount of $52.50 that I did not make.
I was working at the time. My order history shows no such order.
I continue to get emails that say type your info above this line XX XX ? for us to investigate your order. I have sent my information 3 times!
Please look into this and credit my account.

Wish ayings gifts

I ordered a 10" Tablet ( screenshot attached) I had a text message to say the item had been delivered but I received no emails from Wish or the couriers Yodel that my parcel was in its way.

I contacted Customer Support who asked me to chase up the parcel myself, which I would have thought was not my responsibilty but I duly spoke to Yodel who advised me that the shipping address belonged to an address in London. UK. I live in Manchester, UK which is over 200 miles away. Yodel advised me to contact Wish to complete a parcel process and to contact Yodel.
I sent a message with this information, I did not receive a reply and the status was closed, each message I have sent has been ignored and the status on this item states delivered.
I have not received this item.
I just want information as to whether the item which was delivered to the address in London was my order and that I was given the wrong tracking number and my order is still on it's way or the parcel needs to be retrieved from the London address.

Wish 64gb 128gb 256gb 512gb flash card micro sd card

Just stay away from these small crooks with their "wish" site. Check for ex. how they list 128mb option for item titled 64GB 128GB 256GB 512GB Flash Card Micro SD Card.
I did ordered 128Gb card from their site and they sent 128Mb card because they provided such an option and they put that option into my order instead of selected 128Gb.

Wish blatant rip off company

2 orders later, and 300. Short, I ordered from wish, never received 1 item. Order history was conveniently lost in their system, and don't expect them to find it, and give you your money, or your product. They have never had any intention of you getting it. And watch your bank funds, because some new charges you might not have made will show up in the near future. But that's what they have been doing all along... Taking peoples money, and sending nothing. Customer service is conveniently not reachable, and you wont receive any money or goods regardless! What do we do about it? Hope someone finds thiis b4 they too get ripped off? Highly unlikely and the [censored] get richer.
Iam not tech savy but if someone who is could build a phone app where for free or for a small fee users could look and find a list of past rip off companies it would have sure save me some $. Once they are on the list, the names are non removable, they will have to change domain names and start over. At least it is some chance for us users, and it makes things a litte more difficult for thm.

if your order anything from wish.com expect the following. order is taken, and personal financial info is taken as well.
you can expect to NEVER receive what you ordered. and you will NEVER receive a refund either. Your order will be conveniently
lost from your so called order history, and if you didn't keep it in the first place your have ****** yourself further!

so what do we do? cry complain and hope they read or find this in time! meanwhile the [censored] get richer!
suggestion !
Iam not tech savy, but someone who is could possible build an app that users can purchase for a small fee, which would contain a list of anyone who has had a history of internet rip offs! the word of mouth would spread the app like wildfire, and same millions some money which was better spent on anything else, other than the lining of those [censored] pockets!

Please someone build the APP

Wish unreasonable payment aktenzeichens [protected]

In 6 june i bough 8Pcs/set Rings Set Sterling Silver Natural Gemstone Fire Opal Diamond.Option for paying it not coming stright, how i normaly pay with pay pal or any .. ring comming end of july .Ring was not like in picture i become 7 of them and size ist just one and very small, not like describt on picture .I can not use them so I wrote about all issue to company .I go holiday and back in 30 august .I not become any answer and information by email about payment .And when I comback from holiday I had 2 letters one from Klarna and one from COEO INKASSO were my payment increased from 6 .85 to 63.28 euro what I must pay 53 euro fees.I try to contackt with Klarna what it not easy, but they tolld they can not do anything .Imust contact with COECO, what i done .I payed the 9.25 euro for Klarna and i am not agry for pay any penny more. SO bad service i will never use again.

Wish not able to purchase

To whom I may concern,

Dear, wish customer support, I know that you ask me for bank statement showing my my most recent transaction with wish in a 341.00 USD but it will be impossible because I am not the card holder.
The card is under my mothers name
She is the card holder and she was trying to buy some items for me.
I would appreciated if the wish team can kindly unlock My account so SHE, or me can be able to continue shopping.

Wish phone

I ordered a cell phone on wish. It was supposed to arrive by 20 August it didn't. I requested my refund on 20 August and I didn't get my refund even today. I addressed this matter on wish.com several times but I don't get any help. First they said I must wait 14 after requesting a refund and I waited and nothing happened. After 14 days they told me I must wait 7 days again. I got angry but I waited and still nothing happens. So right now I'm very sad about the treatment. I didn't get my item, I didn't get my refund. Please this is my last hope. Can I please have my money back

Wish non delivery of two separate orders

1st order placed on 21/7/2018 money taken off credit card at 9.20.33pm and no goods recived second order was placed on the 1/8/2018 money was taken from credit card at 3.9.35pm and again nothing has been recived as goods where for birthday gifts which have now passed i now would request a full refund del address was to mrs susan camps 49 york street oswestry shropshire sy11 1ls credit card was in name of mr colin hunt same address adress in credit card invoice was wish .com amsterdam

Wish delivery of orders (3 products)

Tracking code UD797820359CN Ordered on 31/3/2018 to be delivered by 20/5/2018 not delivered till 8/9/2018. No delivery man contacted. No communication. No responses. Unable to contact.
Two more products with tracking code UD797820359CN and UD791508766CN.
Not asking for refund, asking for delivery. Last tracking information says product was in India. Kindly deliver.

Wish tablet

i ordered this tablet over 2 months ago kept getting delays about shipping and never recieded it last update i got said would be delivered by july 6th 2018 still have not recieved tablet and supoort says too late for refund im very dissapointed i was ordering something almost everyday then this happened i will not order again till this matter has been resolved

Wish squishy doughnut

(First of all, this complaint is about Wish's guarantee and not because of the insignificant amount of money.)
I wanted the pink squishy doughnut for my granddaughter, but it was $2 and the blue one was $1. As soon as my order went thru the amounts were reversed. Tried to immediately cancel to order the pink one but wasn't able to because there wasn't the usual "cancel order" anywhere. Got ahold of someone on line who said to wait until I got the order. Needed to take a photo, which I did and was told I would get a full refund including shipping. Never got refund and website wouldn't let me answer any of the necessary buttons. I am angry. It is the principle of this. I feel it is fraudulent. I have been trying to contact them yo no avail. I want to cancel my account.

Wish ordered watch

I do all of my shopping online and have never ever had an experience like this. Their positive reviews can not be accurate. I ordered a product on July 12th, received a notice that it shipped July 16th with delivery range of July 23-Aug 3. Revised estimated ship date was Aug 9th - its Sept 6th and have not received package and only a computerized customer service which ABSOLUTELY SUCKS! Buyer beware if you order - and if you order and your product doesn't arrive on time, PLEASE SEEK A REFUND. They have a crazy refund window which isn't based on delivery but rather order date. After missing the delivery of the watch by almost 30 days, I called Customer Service - which is a audio message referring to the website, then sent multiple messages to Customer Service with no response and then logged in seeking a refund. The automated service indicated that the refund window closed on September 2nd and I could only get Wish Cash useable for their merchandise. I have no desire to order anything from Wish.com - I just want a cash refund. HORRIBLE DOESN'T DO THESE GUYS JUSTICE.

Wish for den 10 days my order is still not delivered

I hav order a clearing mop wit is not deliver to me till now... and aft 3 sept der is no update on the app about my parcel ... der is no C.O.D on app so I paid money online...one more order has place on my behalf... and decuted from my card by there own... wit out my permission... so I cancel ...still der is no refund of my money... from der wish app.

Wish I can't find an address to send returns to

I recently received 3 items of clothing that were all sent separately. I have contacted you and requested refunds for all 3 items as they're not suitable. I've received emails telling me that refunds will be put through, but I need the address to send them back to you and I can't find an address anywhere on your website. I've tried to contact customer service, but it's an automated service and it doesn't give an option to type a request. This is completely ridiculous and frustrating me to the point where I'll never buy anything from Wish again. Can you please fix this!

I received my shoes and as with others they were to small I cannot find an address to return them, the web site is a joke it keeps giving me the run a round and the cost of sending these items back will cost me the same as what I paid originally don’t tell me to go on the web site as you know it will give me the run a round I just want an address to return these items in Australia

Im so frustrated you people cant just get this right. What is the problem when i not only give you my po box number but my home address as well. I travel frequently so i give you the option of my po box but i also give you my motel address as well. My bank card account numbers are the same & ill get my deliveries at either of the two addresses ive fien you. I can't see how you seem to have so much difficulty with the straight & true shipping & billing information ive given you so many times. Possibly you need to upgrade your system to accept the information that is provided in your forms & in the captha that i have to fill out every time i have a problem. I move around frequently & i always let you know if an addres or account or phone number has been changed. Please contact me asap.

Im sorry i keep telling wish that my address has been changed. My mailing address is the one i use now. I could also give my home address. But the billing is the same as my P/O Box or my home address & i give it to you everytime i order. So i moved; why is that a problem when im giving you my new address & the same bilking number?

Wish my orders have not been delivered and cannot be tracked by post office.

I've made multiple orders on wish and have not received any of them. The first eta I received was 18 July 2018 which was changed to 25July 2018. But to date no delivery has been made. One of my order numbers is [protected] and one of the latest is ub150985668yp. I have attached the orders below of my orders. Please let me know what steps to take.
