I am complaining about the daily giveaway
My issue is today June 22, 2019 I won the 16 solid color new cloth art turnkey antiskid spandex stretch sofa cover big elastic sofa furniture cover washable and I choose the 2 seat navy one it states it was put into my cart, however it never was in my cart. I took screen captures which I will attach as proof showing it stating I claimed an item and it was put into my cart and the second photo is a screen shot of my cart showing it is not in there. I woukd appreciate mu gift being sent to me imediately please.

Hai I'd try many times to cancel pending orders because there's items I don't want but I don't get help. I went to customer support thern I press cancel items but it pending. I didn't swipe to confirm my purchase, yet it put the order through anyway.
On Friday, 21st June, 2019, I was browsing and chose a couple of items to put in my shopping cart to then evaluate how much shipping etc would be. When I went to view what was in my shopping cart, at the very bottom it says to swipe to confirm payment. I didn't swipe and all of a sudden everything in the shopping cart disappeared. I ended up finding my list of items in purchase history. It's just waiting to confirm my payment! I didn't even confirm the order!
I keep getting a message that there is a problem with my account.
I got a email fromAllene Dela Cruz and seems she wantsa someething like acopy of my bank statement that I do not have, because it was put on my credit card and that was last year.
My credit cards were stolen the first part of this year and replaced. I sent you a new card number when I placed my last order.

Never delivered to my residence. Ordered them beginning of June with another order for a pair of mens sandals and another order for bedroom slippers. Order ID: 5cf745732d265974f15db394. Only a plastic pair of beach pair received with the Letters on the front of each shoe. Unacceptable! One shoe said F**K and the other OFF! I can't understand how this has happened. I have purchased items before and have always received the pictured items and now they have sent a substituted item and have given me an item I never wanted and am in shock for having received something I would never dare to order. I ordered two hearing devices for my left and right ears. I received two left ear devices. I cannot use these devices because the dial to adjust the sound is just too tiny and I am unable to adjust it. It won't move. I would like information on how to send them back for a refund. I accidentally pressed pay when I had just put them into the cart too sort out what I wanted or if I even wanted it and when I went to leave I pressed the botton which set it off and paid for it with my previous details. I've tried canceling it for an hour and am getting no where. I do not want to purchase this order but every time I follow your ‘prompts' I get no where and am just showed my order information again. they want my statement from my bank
I no longer deal with that bank someone was ordered a lot of things that I didn't so that bank gave me a new card with a new number I didn't even use the new card and with in 4days they had started using the card so closed the account they wanted me to get another card but why they worked for the bank are some where in the they could get the card number as fast as I could so I changed banks and have no troublesome not deal with Chase any longer.Sono more Trouble

I every time I try to log in it says log in with facebook and yet the fb field is unresponsive. As is the Google field and my own login information. have not received refund nor wig
May 5, payment for 5 pixie style wigs (on sale for $8) was taken out of my checking account totaling $96. I recieved my bank statement which shows I cancelled all and have not received a refund as of yet, plus you took out a refund deposit. I went back online to find tracking number which was no where to be found. Please take care of this matter because I do not want to harm your business at all. I just want to be treated fairly. I'm confused I just made my account and it told click wish.com/payment issues. I want to know why am I having issues with this app if I cancel my old account because someone hacked and ordered stuff and then said that they didn't order anything and I stole they card information which is not true. I will like my hold on my account to be removed please and thank you I just want to shop with wish because I love the wish app.

I've contacted your ceo, written ya'll almost 20 emails over the past 4 years! sent ya'll screenshots of the damn transactions straight from my e-bank account screen(redacting sensitive info, of course), to have my account released with an apology in 2015, to turn around in 2017 and lock it down again...Accusing me of fraud...Again...Referring to the same damn transactions, ya'll had cleared me of before...Demanding screenshots once again...And now ya'll want a copy of my id!
