Wish.com I was charged for a moneyclip / credit card holder and never received it

Back in April I ordered a money clip/credit card holder and never received it. I spoke to an agent and they requested a "order ID" when I went back to the Wish app it showed no record in my purchase history. I tried telling them that 3 times and they told me the same thing every time. you took the money from my debit card ($13.00) I would like a refund or send me my money clip.

Wish.com Aluminum framed locking gun pistol handgun lock box hard storage carry case

The item was ordered on May 10th, but I received a Processing Confirmation on the order until June 1st. It says it was then delivered on June 7th with a Delivery Estimate of May 15, 2020 - Jun 16, 2020 listed. On June 26th I received an email from Wish saying the item had been delivered, but I had received no package. The tracking email says the item was delivered by UPS and that it was when signed for by someone, but when I contacted UPS about the issue, they said that the tracking number I was given want listed to either my name or address. Wish's automated Customer Support system doesn't provide a way to get any information on the problem either.

Wish.com Unilateral cancellation of my handphone p40 pro and charge me shipping fees myr 52

on 18 june 2020 1am Malaysian time I went online to Wish to order a blue color p40 pro handphone for Myr 499.30 (337.30 myr plus shipping fee myr 52).
order was cfmed and payment through hong leong bank online was cfmed.Both proofs attached. My bank also confirmed payment went through and Wish confirmed they had received payment.

Few hours later on same day I approached
customer service to ask if I cud change my order from blue to green handphone. Mr Byrlle Ian unilaterally cancelled my order and proceed to refund me only myr 449.30 and forfeiting my shipping fee.
In the first place I never requested to cancel my order and numerous emails asking them to reinstate my order to no avail. 2nd they have
no right to charge me myr 52 (shipping fees) as they have not even
processed or shipped my order.
Now one Geraldine said they have not received my payment and this is what I worried about as Wish has a bad reputation after checking in internet and I worry they may not refund me. I want a full refund of myr 449.30 as they claimed there is no penalty charge and return me full refund.
I want a full refund soonest (they ask me to wait for 2 weeks) as I have no confidence in them at all after hearing so much complaints against them.
They have various customer agents to answer me but never explained why they charge me myr 52.

Wish.com Unilaterally cancelling my handphone order after confirmation and deduct shipping fees myr 52 when they have not even ship my handphone

the order number for my P40 Pro 7.5 in handphone is 5eea502a40f7a0ade20e3ef6 and my name is Yik Tuck Kin (Andrew)

on 18 June 2020 (malaysian date) or (17 june Usa date) I went to wish.com online and ordered and paid through online banking
a handphone P40 Prp and the cost is Myr 447.30 pus myr 52 for shipping fees (total myr 499.30. I received an order confirmation through email.

On 19 june 2020, I contacted Wish customer support to ask if I could
change the color of my order from blue to green handphone.
Without giving me an opportunity to say anything (they have a terrible
customer support system where you cannot answer them much as
the structure answers are limited), they have unilaterrally cancelled
my order.
Not only that.. they have not even ship my item but they already deduct
the shipping fees of myr 52 and process to refund me only 447.30 myr.

I would wish they could to reinstate my original order...
appreciate your good office could look into this matter for me.

Wish.com Order never received or arrived

I placed an order on Wish.com website (online shopping) April 13th 2020, Curtain Eyelits for 30$ CAN. charges on my CC from Wish.com Toronto.
over 2 months now the item never arrived, I sent 58 emails to Wish.com customers Support with no results. asking them to cancel the order & refund my money, never replied with a positive answer. Initial date to receive the mechandises was May 11th 2020 - in their emails gave me another potential date June 10th 2020 - yesterday another potential date June 22nd 2020, this is a scam.
how this Wish.com operating? there are thief, there are liying to customers.
Please give me more info about that,
I am a single mother need this money for my kids, to put bread on the table in these difficult time.

Wish.com Orders

I place my orders in March and April and yet to updates, tracking information, or my products. I spent over $300 on material and you can't contact anyone for products updates

Says I received product I never received, somethings I received advertised one thing and I received something different.

Out of the 20 items I've ordered I received 4 items, which one items was inaccurately received

Wish.com Undelivered order

In the beginning of april I ordered 4 types of face masks for a total of $58.06
As of yet, all I have received is the free dog harness and a mask which I did not order. After a few e-mails with this company, I still hace nothing and they have not responded again.

I am not a wealthy person who is able to hand over this amount of money for nothing and now I can't even find my account,

Thank goodness I took screen shots on my cell phone.

Please help, I am having trouble getting pics from my phone but my order # is ; (at this point I just want a refund)

Wish.com Locked account and have my money on account

I ordered alot of items over 300 dollars still not received in items, they locked the account due to asking me for proof of I'd every dang month I'm still the same person I was when they unlocked it last time this time they locked it and I've got over 300 dollars of items not gotten, and also money in my account they won't let me login Everytime I messaged by email they say to access the account and send the items I've got screenshot of everything I haven't gotten and they know that there for I'm out 368 dollars or so with items not gotten after three months as well as my balance I've got 53 or more order screenshot photos and tracking etc

Please advise an error message I receive when trying to pay for items in my cart. It states payment issues contact customer service. However some purchases are completed.
What is the issue with my payment? I always use paypal with no problem.
I am attempting to make a purchase and cannot complete the transaction until I can find out what is happening.

Wish.com I placed an order in February, only got one item out of four. Stupid me ordered again and nothing. 600.00 dollars out of my account.

Placed an order in feb. Recieved a patch to go on a vest for my dog. Never got the vest nor the other patch that said service dog. I ordered a couple, (2) more items. Havent seen them at all. At first I though maybe back ordered. Then in march I placed another order. I ordered about 5 things. Less than 70.00 dollars worth. My bank statement came. Wish has charged me ten times, adding up to $600.00. I have emailed wish with no response. You cannot call and talk to a person. On 4/7 charged me $11.00, $38.70, $50.00, 4/20 $93.00, 4/06 $145.37, 4/15 76.35, $55.59, $93.00. And that doesnt inclued feb. This company is commenting fraud. And what is worse, they dont even respond back to you. Web site says they will get back to you within 3 business days. Havent heard from them since march. I am calling the bbb tomorrow and I am headed to my bank. Where is my $600.00 you stole from my account. I am waiting. Pissed off

Wish.com I don't get my orders customer assistance are rude

I'm a disabled woman and wish help me get me through the days it was fun and it took my mind off of me being disabled In the beginning your customer service was really great to me yeah I refunded a lot but Stuff came damaged didn't work well after while your customer service would say nasty things mess with me now I'm not receiving any of my orders Then they partial refund me And I never get my order I'm trying to get a partial refund is pulling teeth that's my money all I wanted was my orders Then one instead this wooden family decoration they said I received it and I haven't received anything so tell me things are on its way and nothing ever does I hate to be like this but I would like my four refund on the items I spent And didn't get And my wish cash backOn my original payment method by credit card I worn out my welcome here and I feel this is the right thing to do I'm so disappointed I actually was re-doing my home and I I don't know why I thought I could count on Wish to deliver my products that I ordered and paid forBut which did not come through again

Wish.com Won't accept any of my payment methods

Won't except any of my payment methods I was paid with paypal now it will not take it asked me for a credit card number etc. Which I put in still or not take I try another card number still does not take what is going wrong i've been trying to place this order for over a month or more. No matter what info I put in it always says oops something went wrong I have bought many things from wish always use my paypal account and never had a problem what is the problem. If I don't hear from someone fast i'm going to post this on facebook that I cannot get any help with this

Wish.com Products stating they are in stock and they are not.

I have ordered from you before, but now I don't think I will ever order from you guys again after this. This past month I have ordered quite a bit of stuff from you. Clothes for my self and other family members. I've even ordered stuff for my dog and you have taken payment from me for these items, but yet you wait a week or more to process the items and then email me with something was wrong with your payment method or the items are out of stock. If they are out of stock they should not be up their in the first place. It was in stock when I bought it. Now I have to wait for the return money. And what about the wish cash that I have with you. If I'm not going to order anything else from you why can't I get that back on my card. I've had quite a few things canceled. I am really not happy with you guys at this point. I wouldn't have ordered from you guys if I would have known it was going to be such a hassle. I also wouldn't have ordered them if I could have found them elsewhere! I am really disappointed and disgusted right now. Taking advantage of people. I do know one thing my family will not be ordering from you guys again! Your customer service department on the site also sucks. They don't help at all.

Wish.com Drone, hydraulic brakes for bicycle and other items keep getting later and later

I ordered a drone way back last april and it was $46.00! It was orinally to arrive at my home in mid may. It got post poned without any notification to me to june 7th (today). I just checked and once again it is delayed without notification until june 22nd. I had also purchased hydraulic brakes for my bike, 37.00 around the same time and it too keeps getting delayed. I complained about this to wish and they refunded the shipping cost of the brakes, but I still want my brakes! The brakes still say they are still in china hub!
Whats going on? I want my orders!
I am not purchasing anymore from wish until my stuff arrives, and I will warn others about these late late deliveries from wish. Wish did my good until april-what happened? It would be nice for an explanation at least!

Wish.com Payment

I've had a problem paying for my orders. It tells me that there's a problem. To get in touch with customer support to help with my payment. It's a large order. I think it may have said insufficient funds and that couldn't be true. I would never put a order in if didn't have the money in my account. Can we please take care of this soon I ordered some things for my vacation and it's coming up soon. Thank you Doreen St. John

Wish.com Delivery

I placed 2 orders from Wish 1 day apart with total of 7 items. It has been 2 months and one week and i still have not received those orders. I tried getting should of their customer service but they won't help me. They just keep changing the delivery date and telling me to wait for the order. I no longer need of want items. I will never order from Wish again!

Wish.com Ultra thin square led recessed flat panel downlight ceiling light

Wish.com is a scam. Stay way from nice images and they won't honor 30 day guarantee
I recently ordered 6 packs of 24-watt ultra thin square led recessed flat panel downlight ceiling lights. According to the descriptions and images posted for the items shows that the lights will be 11"in diameter including 1 and half inch bezel.
Lights I have received are not recessed lights rather regular plastic square lights in less than 7" in diameter and almost 1" thick.
Wish customer support representative lord philip outright denied my complaint and insisted that the seller sent me correct items therefore they will not take the items back and won't issue refund.

Wish.com My order hand sanitizer, soap strips, fleas collars

I had ordered a 5 pk of advanced hand sanitizer, wash free and a 6 pk same, and some other things. I went to the mail because the stuff I ordered was going to be here about june 13 2020 I got a sm.pk with a very small bottle of the wash free now I know I did not or that little bottle and it came from china. So I put in the tracking number [protected] it said it could not be tracked, that would of been for the 6 pk of hand sanitizer 6 bottles 7.98 fl oz for each bottle, cost 16.00 dollors. So I put in tracking # ln256637726cn. That was for my 5 pk of hand sanitizer 21.00 dollors. It showed it was delivered to day, june 5th. But on the outside of that little pk it showed the tracking # was [protected]. For my 6 pk. Of hand sanitizer, so would like to know where my orders are I didnt pay this kind of money for that little 1.69 fl oz bottle. So I would like an answer. Seeing how you can't talk to a human. You talk about confusing.

Wish.com Order ref number 4021. Charged my credit card on 5/12/20

ordered facemasks for grandson on 5/20/20 as of this date received nothing. Why do you bill before we receive merchandise? Although it is only $6.51, where is the merchandise? Calling my visa card and reporting Fraud by Wish Monday 6/8/20. Although this is a small amount, I wonder how many other customers were cheated by this company. Wayne M.
