Hi there is an issue. I went to a business, wanted to pay for my rental, the money left my account, he goes to the bank with all receipts... Instead of the correct letter at the end of his name, it was the wrong letter. He is at the bank, they said the money isn't in his account even after the 3 days of waiting, and i'm curious of what i can do in this situation. Do i supposed to hope and wait and possibly get my money back due to the error of spelling a last name correctly since it's not in his account which means it's just floating in the air?
Claimed loss: 85,000 baht
Desired outcome: To get my money back into my account. The bank says it doesn't show in his account and it will be up to you guys
