Winners International review: Not receiving the $ 8.5 million dollars and the 2 cars that was promised by Johnny Maguire which we have not received.

I received a call from someone named Johnny Maguire telling me that I won $8.5 Million Dollars and 2 Mercedes Benz cars. He was supposed to to deliver the money and cars last week after we sent a $500.00 card to the person that he had call us to give them the number on the card. He stated that he was 90 minutes away from our home and would deliver both that day,. So far we have not heard or seen anything from him. HE kept on constantly contacting about the card until it was given. He has changed his phone number to a private number which shows up on the phone as Private Number. The date was September 3 of last week. We have been sending cards to receive this winnings, but so far nothing has happened. We have also been contacted by someone claiming to be from the FBI that was investigating Johnny.
