Wingstop Garbage employees and garbage website

I make a simple yet large order to be delivered at a later time and after I make the order it tells me my order will be there in 45 mins but I wanted it later 4 hours from now. I call them and they say sorry nothing they can do... Really? It is that hard to change the order time? Nope so my order gets cancelled I am out 60 bucks till 5 to 10 business days and im having to spend double that today because wingstop hires retards... Do yourself a favor and never order from this garbage company... And this is the omaha nebraska 72nd store

Wingstop Wings and incorrect order

I received the wrong order from the Carson location on Avalon blvd I have an email where I was offered a refund to date I have not gotten a refund I have called more than 50 times and to date still no refund. I was last told that they were going to send this to the owner of the location still no response. I filed a complaint with the BBB like all the other complaints no response from wing stop. The customer service line is a joke and I am not sure why they even have one because these people are unable to do anything to help same speech

i have contacted customer service over 50 times for a promised refund from the Carson California location on Avalon Blvd. I have an email where the refund was promised and to date and several calls to the fake customer service center still more than almost two months no refund or call back complained to BBB and no reply from wing stop how about a class action suit that might get there attention

I don’t know what happened to the tualatin oregon wingstop the night crew is like animal house there seems to be no leadership 2 female makayla and kendall and 1 male I don’t know his name, smell like they have been drinking alcohol and smoking weed orders are taken for ever get done and are done wrong when they are, I want be coming back to this location.

Wingstop Getting my pay check

Hi my name is Mona Olsen and I worked at the wingstop on New Road in Waco TX just for a few days and I have been trying to get my check from them but I keep getting the run around from them they say they cant find it or the manager isnt in or she is busy call back tomorrow I worked at least 14 hrs up there and I am owed that money I need that money

Wingstop Wait time

I doordash and it doesn't matter what time I show up. I always have to wait at least 20 minutes. There's no reason for this is completely unacceptable. There will be no one in the store and I still wait 20 minutes everytime. I feel embarrassed for such terrible workers. They barely move and do everything as slow as possible. They don't even fill the drinks for doordashers. This is therfore m their job not mine. Better management is needed.

Desired outcome: To report to doordash that they need an additional 20 mins on orders because we don't get paid to sit and wait.

Wingstop Wing portions

Stopped at Wingstop in Burlington NJ only one time in August 2023. Asked what is the serving of the wing. We all know the wing has 3 sections, wing tip ans the upper and lower section. The window clerk did not know what a full wing was, but I was anxious to try anyway. I was shocked and disappointed when I picked up my order, not full two section wings, rather single section wings for a full wing price.

Two things disappointed. #1 knowledge of employees. #2 Too expensive for the portion size. Is this standard in all Wingstop?

Desired outcome: Either increase size of decrease price

Wingstop Employees additute

I had problems before and stop going to this place but today my daughter said mom can I get some chicken tenders from the wingstop and I said let's give it a try so looked up what time it opens and it's said 11 we got there at 10:55 and waited until 11:07 !and walked in so the lady employee said in a not nice voice you guys have to wait another 10 minutes. I said to my daughter let's go and we left and will never go back. It's a shame that they have people like that working at that place they need more training and how to speak to customers.

Wingstop Customer service by employee Maria

The representative/ employee named Maria left me on hold for over 15 minutes. I hung up and called again. Maria answered the phone but then quickly hangs up When I arrive I tell her about the incident she told me that they were busy. However, there were no customers inside the store no over the phone pick ups as I stayed there for another 15 minutes. There was one order online.. I asked her for the inconvenience but she gave me a cup of water and she said no. I told her I would be satisfied with my service for today because she was rude unapologetic he had no remorse for the way I was treated is the reason that I’m contacting corporate. I have photos that her, and another worker were there alone talking as well as eating when I first arrived. There was no reason why she did not answer the phone, or for her being rude towards me. I was just here yesterday this same location and had no issues as I’m a frequent patron of Wingstop and I have an account.

Wingstop Delivery Service

I ordered for delivery and was told nothing about them using a third party delivery service. After waiting for my order, was told it was delivered and it was not. When I contacted the store and complained that my order was not delivered, the manager just blew me off when I asked for a refund. Ten days later I am still waiting for my refund. This is the worst restaurant on the planet. Manager was and is a joke, service sucks, and they are complete thieves. They took my money and don't give a crap if I got my food or not. Being a senior citizen on a fixed income I am completely frustrated with how I was treated. I will never use Wingstop again. What a crap company and again, total thieves. Stay away from these crooks at all costs.

Wingstop Customer service, food

On 04/19/23 I went to a Wingstop like location Wingstop store #522 at the Ikea ct suite 110 at approximately 9:30 pm. My order was 15 split combo,also fries and 2 soft drinks. The amount paid was $26.49 everything was going well up until I received my order walk out and drove home ..once I got home I opened the bag and was missing an order of my chicken.In the bag there was 7 pieces of chicken boneless with one flavor, and french fries. At first I thought that the chickens were together in one package but when I opened the container there was only 7 pieces inside .I immediately called the store which was about 20 after I left the store..it took me a couple tried to get thru on the phone because the phone lines were busy and or there was no answer..once I finally got thru I spoke with a gentleman and explained to him the situation,his response at first was "oh I told them to put it in the bag" which meant that he knew I would go home missing an order . However I explained to him if it was possible to get a new fresh order made instead of me going back to get cold chicken, he explained yes it would be possible ,also I mentioned to him if it's okay I wouldn't mind keeping the old ones too and could just reheat it .. the employee said yes they would go ahead and make me a new order and let me have the old order as well . So I had a friend of mine go back to the store to pick up the order that they had forgotten to give me.. once he got there which was 20 mins after getting off the phone with them..none of the employees was aware of this situation of anything happening .my friend called me and was furious because of the miscommunication I then asked to speak to with the manager.. a employee by the name Charlie said " we don't have a manager" but he was the shift leader on duty...I had to explain the situation multiple times because he was trying to talk to the other employees trying to confirm what was going on. In the end he refused to give me a refund on the 7 pieces of chicke or the whole refund of everything and refused to give me a phone to complainhe said that I needed to go online and find the information myself .which is what I did .the only thing I was offered to do was order the chicken and pay for it. I said no , I will contact corporate.

Wingstop Unpaid invoice

I provided a service for the exterior of Wingstop at 9635 N Sam Houston Pkwy E, Humble, TX 77396 and Mr Brandon Johnson authorized this service back in November 2022. It is now April of 2023 and I STILL have yet to get paid. I have emailed and called and get the run arounds. Was told that the check was even in the mail. That was over a month ago. They keep [censored]ting me. This is is chain restaurant there should be NO reason for them to not pay for my hard work. I even sent them b4s & Afters of the work. These "managers, VP of OPS" are some of the worst of upper management I've ever seen. They just slapped a title on these guys without any training on customer service. So I'm making people aware of their lack of payment and their unprofessionalism they all apparently share.

Wingstop Not received my order/cancelled my order and no refund

I placed an order on March 26, 2023. I was told that the order was out for delivery, but the driver had a flat so it was being delayed. Moments later, I received an email saying that my order had been cancelled, but the driver told me that I will still receive my order but never did. The next day, the charge on my card was cleared and never refunded back.

Wingstop Sanitary Issue

date of complaint - March 6, 2023

Store Location - Douglasville, GA

Complaint - No napkins were available at the store. Manager said corporate policy was to supply a role of paper (same paper as used in the bathroom to dry your hands). Only one role of the paper was available at the cabinet where the straws were kept at the front of the store. Only dispenser was a pole sticking up on the counter were the role of paper was sitting on. In order to get a piece of paper, you had to unroll the paper with one hand and grab the role with the other hand and tear it off. How unsanitary is this. Your corporate policy is exposing the general public to multiple transmittable diseases (Hepatitus, Covid 19, Influenza and the common cold to name a few).

I will not be going back to Wing Stop until they rectify this major health issue by making napkins available in their stores in a dispensing manner that does not put the general public at risk.
