Called Wingstop to put in an call in order since I had issue with the store on Carmel. I was put on hold for 10 minutes for me to call back and the employee stated she had to put me on hold again. I informed her that I was just on hold for 10 minutes and her reply to me was "I am sorry but I am still busy" I just hung up. Now I realize that Wingstop is no longer for me and I will make sure to share my thoughts with everyone I come across!
Desired outcome: Desired outcome is that the employee takes my order in a timely manner and not be rude! I like Wingstop a lot! This is sad!!!! If you would like to contact me further to fix the problem please reach me again at [protected]@gmail.com
