Very prompt. Did a thorough inspection of our roof damaged by hail. Very informative and suggested many avenues. Took his time and went over and above our expectations. Very obvious that Michael has many years of customer service. I would recommend him to anyone.

Great company to work with . No complaints. Very professional. Fair price! They were the only company to come out and give a estimate. Other companies wanted to Google my house to give me an estimate. Mike was a pleasure to do business with and stayed in Contact with me to let me know when they would be out because of the bad weather . My wife and I truly enjoyed working with Michael Johnson when we recently went through the process of getting our new roof. A new roof is a big decision and a large investment, so we wanted to be absolutely sure we knew what we were getting, and that the job would done correctly. After numerous other quotes, it was clear that Michael's communication and general roofing knowledge was superior to everyone else's. We had many questions, and Michael patiently answered all of them efficiently, thoroughly, and completely. He guided us through the process of picking out our entire roofing system, and he made sure we were kept aware of the schedule from beginning to end. We are more than satisfied with the final result. We also own a small cottage nearby and will be asking for Michael's help with that when the time comes for a new roof there.

Windlickers is exceptional! We had Mike come to give us a bid on a new roof. He climbed on the roof to have a look. He found a couple of problems we knew about, but he was the only company who did something about it. Three other companies said they would be by to do repairs but they never showed up to do it. Mike did! He attempted to repair the area by the chimney and it didn't work, so he came back to try again, that didn't work either, so we needed to put on a new roof. We wanted to wait until spring, but we couldn't. Mike worked some magic to do a complete tear off and install in a week. It was a week before Christmas and he made it happen. The crew was wonderful. It was cold and just snowed and they still came! They built a "cricket" to finally fix the leaky chimney and secured everything. The clean up was also great. Mike was great to work with. Mike is very professional, he knows his stuff, he returns calls and texts even when there is a problem. We are perfectionists, and Windlickers did not disappoint. Hire them!
