I'm really happy and satisfied with my new roof
I'm really happy and satisfied with my new roof. Even though it took a couple of months to get the roofing tiles, it was totally worth the wait. Someone who came to do a separate inspection was really impressed with the work and the attention to detail that the workers put into the job. Thanks for doing such a great job!

Outstanding roofing service by River City Roofing. Hard working, friendly employees. They removed four layers of old tar paper and cleaned up the whole yard. My neighbor said the new roof was "icing on the cake" for my older home. It looks great, nice job. Thank you Chad and Joe. Peggy C

River City Roofing was hired to reroof my house at *** on 11/20
River City Roofing was hired to reroof my house at *** on 11/20. Once the project was finished, I noticed that the satellite dish mounted on the roof was missing. I contacted the company and spoke to their representative, *** Christmas, who assured me that it was properly stored somewhere on the property. However, upon inspection, I couldn't find the dish anywhere.
I also mentioned that the gate to the back entrance of my property was locked, and I didn't have a key to unlock it. This conversation took place on 11/23. When I discussed these issues with ***, she suggested a solution. She said she would deduct $50 and $5 from the total bill of $4800.00, and send me an adjusted bill. However, when I further explained my concerns, she became very angry and started speaking aggressively. Eventually, she abruptly ended our conversation by hanging up on me.
In response, I decided to call the representative, ***, whom I had given a down payment of $4500.00. I spoke to him (***), and he apologized for the situation. He offered me a discount of $100.00. However, he later called me back to inform me that there had been a mistake on the invoice. According to him, I actually owed $4,860.00 instead of the original amount stated on the invoice.
