River City Roofing was contracted for a re-roofing job on my house on 11/20. After completion, I realized the satellite dish was gone. Contacting the company, I spoke with their representative, who claimed the dish was stored on my property, but I found no such dish. I also noted my back entrance gate was locked without my having a key, during our conversation on 11/23. The representative offered to reduce my bill by $55 from $4800.00 and promised an updated invoice. However, when I pressed on my concerns, the representative responded with hostility and terminated the call. Subsequently, I reached out to the company about the $4500.00 down payment I made. The representative I spoke with offered a $100.00 discount for the trouble but later corrected the invoice to show I owed $4,860.00, not the previously quoted amount.

I'm really happy and satisfied with my new roof. Even though it took a couple of months to get the roofing tiles, it was totally worth the wait. Someone who came to do a separate inspection was really impressed with the work and the attention to detail that the workers put into the job. Thanks for doing such a great job!

Outstanding roofing service by River City Roofing. Hard working, friendly employees. They removed four layers of old tar paper and cleaned up the whole yard. My neighbor said the new roof was "icing on the cake" for my older home. It looks great, nice job. Thank you Chad and Joe. Peggy C
