After a few quotes we received from other roofing companies, we chose to go with Newman Roofing. We connected with their representative, John, very well and he explained the process and their products, he even had samples for us to look at! What sealed the deal was that John was able to give us a quote on that same morning, after the inspection, and he worked with us on a preferred date of installation. On the day of installation, the crew worked very hard, organized and efficient, we even got the attic fan installed! They also spray painted a tub that was coming out of the roof for aesthetics and I knew they cared to have our roof look amazing! After the crew was done, they cleaned up around the house and had a magnet to pick-up any nails in the grass and other areas. I was impressed by that gesture! My roof was done in one day! Thank you Newman Roofing and John! Everyone has been very nice to work with :)

I have used Newman Roofing for several small repairs and all contact I've had with any of their employees have been courteous, knowledgeable and professional! Steve was first to contact me to do estimates on several jobs and was great. The repairs were done right and at a reasonable cost. Steve also did the estimate for the complete replacement I speak of below. Great guy. Honest and dependable! Decided to use them for a complete roof replacement which was done 6/2. Tear off, replacement and cleanup all done in one day! Tyler was the foreman on the job and was great! He was there for the entire day with his crew helping and making sure job was done right. During removal of existing shingles, several small problems with existing wood underlay and flashing were pointed out and corrected. Newman's attention to detail and the professionalism to do the job right are very impressive. I will recommend Newman to everyone i come in contact with that need any roof work done!

The day Kurt of Newman Roofing came to my house, took 45 minutes to tell me about the company and explain all about their roofing choices & experience, and take a look at my roof, I cancelled the other company who was at my house for 8-10 minutes tops. This company is personal, thorough, and detailed in all aspects. After 26 years, I figured my roof was ready for replacement and I was ecstatic to find a roofing company that I have faith in! The first day scheduled was a rain day, an I was contacted in good time and in several ways of the changed date. The day of, the shingles & materials were dropped off. The site manager for the day made sure he answered any questions. The work group was amazing, hard working and at the end of the day, my house surroundings looked no different. Everything all around the house such as landscaping & heat pump was covered. The The site manager let me know about a half hour before the finish of the project. He also answered any questions I had afterwards. This is a "well oiled" machine!

My Wife and I chose Newman Roofing recognizing that they were not the lowest cost but came with a strong reputation for quality. We felt our roof was one item that a strong investment will pay for itself in time. The professionalism, quality, and attention to detail displayed throughout the whole process was superior. From communication leading up to installation, to the daily onsite project management, how clean the job site was on a daily basis, to the post work follow-up; excellence displayed through out. I would like to share one example of how Newman handles adversity. As with most projects, we did have a minor issue pop up and I'm glad it happened because it reinforced how customer-focused this Team truly is. As with any hammering, a track lighting fixture fell from our ceiling due to the vibration. Without hesitation, our Project Manager was focused on making it right. No debate, no finger pointing, no frustration. They allowed my wife and I to pick out our replacement and they quickly installed it, all before the roof job was complete. Excellence throughout. I recommend Newman Roofing without hesitation and thank them for a great experience.

Wow! All I can say is Wow! My entire experience from start on the sales team to John who was the onsite supervisor were just phenomenal. I received about 5 roofing estimates and although Newman wasn't the cheapest they were not the most expensive either. What initially sold me was Mark on the sales team. He took the time and explained everything and was very patient as he knew I was getting other estimates- not once was there ever any pressure or "upselling". John was an additional bonus. He continually kept me informed of the step by step process and the progress they were making. There was one issue on my roof (which I was already aware which is why I reached out to get a new roof) that he took pictures of and showed me the details of the issue after the shingles were removed. He and the crew even went the extra mile to do some minor caulking around 3 windows that have no use other than to let light in do to their location- after they noticed there was no caulking along the wood joints. My neighbors were also very complimentary of the care they took not only of my yard and surroundings but the care they took of theirs since our homes are just feet apart. You can certainly tell this team takes pride in the work they do and in the company they work for. I don't normally take the time to write reviews- but this was well worth writing.

What can I say? My wife and I can only echo the many reviews I've already read about Newman Roofing. We have a one story ranch house just under 1,600 sq ft. The roof is fairly simple with no twists and turns. Talk about efficient. the workers, led by crew leaders Dustin and Woody, had our roof done in under five hours, starting the job around 7 a.m. They were able to find some bad spots in the roof and those were fixed. Our home was built 22 years ago and they found one section of the roof near the back of the house was never fastened down and the 2x4 had rotted. That was replaced and the roof anchored as it should have been. Fortunately, the weather worked out fine.I was very impressed with the clean-up. In addition to checking for nails on the driveway, they meticulously checked through the shrubs and underneath the shrubs. They went over the grass near the house several times with ground magnets. Even the trash was all cleaned up to the point that when they left, you could not tell that our home and been the hub of lots of activity just hours before.The crew worked very hard and Dustin and Woody explained the process very well as to what was going on, I'm not sure we would have gotten that type of information from just any roofing company. As others have said, we might have been quoted a cheaper price with someone else, but we were more concerned about going with a company that has a great reputation and provides quality in material and service. That's why we are proud to display the Newman Roofing company sign in our front yard for others to see.

Newman Roofing has just completed replacing my old leaking roof to a new "Newman Roof". The term "Newman Roof" really means something! From the first call I made to their office, to the Salesman-Steve C interaction to the Installation Team led by Alex. When I did my due diligence of checking on their reviews all were very positive. I put Steve through a very thorough questioning as I had researched several brands and shingle types that I wanted to consider for my home. Steve was very knowledgeable and provided me a value priced quote. Steve also provided a material list for my detailed consideration and review that matched my research. The Certain Teed Brand, Landmark Pro, Weathered Wood shingle is what we selected. Alex and his Installation Team communicated with me throughout the entire day. They treated my home and my wife's flowers and shrubs with the greatest of care! The Team was very professional and you could tell they were enjoying what they were doing. Alex is a great leader of the Team, he corrected problems that were there from when the home was built and sent me photos of the new roof. Alex showed up early to start protecting my walls, windows and landscaping. The other members of the team arrived and completed the roof in one day. They followed the manufacturer installation requirements that I had reviewed online as a normal course of business. Once they finished you could see all of them cleaning up the nails and debris on the ground. There was nothing for me to follow up on, everything was clean! I would recommend Newman Roofing for any roofing project.

I had a new roof installed by Newman Roof and the experience and finished product was awesome. They arrived on time the day of install in force actually a little early)! The Job Supervisor, John Smith, introduced himself to me, carefully explained every step of the process, and took the time to make sure he answered any of my questions, I had few, since their estimator, Jane Doe, had done a good job of letting me know what to expect when he first came out to look at the job and give me a quote. Hunter's crew immediately got to work, installing drop clothes, protection tents and even large plywood barriers at all of my doors to make sure to protect my landscaping, patio and other structures. They even moved some items out of harm's way that I had forgotten about. The entire crew wasted no time and efficiently and professionally went about the process of replacing my roof, 2 skylights, 3 bathroom fans, and installing the new ridge vents. I think they only took one short break during the whole time they were here, which was less than a day. They cleaned up the entire area when they were done, including using a magnetized sweeper to pick up any stray roofing nails, removing all trash, using a leaf blower to clear out any settled dust, and replaced any furniture or other items they had moved. Hunter met with me after the install to make sure I understood all that they did and to answer any questions I had, He stressed that if I had any questions or concerns after he left that I was to call him, as they felt that, not only was this my new roof, but was theirs as well. Getting a new roof isn't really that exciting and is a major expense, But, as the commercial goes, don't just get a new roof...get a Newman roof. I would absolutely agree. Newman Roofing exceeded my expectations in every way possible.

Our experience with Newman Roofing was Top Notch. From the initial call to the office to schedule an estimator, until the day the roof was installed my wife and I could not be any happier! John, who was our estimator, arrived on time, and after completing his inspection he sat with my wife and I to explain Newman's approach to replacing our roof. He provided multiple options and explained the benefits of each option. Additionally, John videoed a section of the plywood underlayment and showed how it was delaminating, and should be replaced. He explained the additional cost, but explained the benefit of replacing the plywood. The other roofing companies estimator's indicated the plywood needed to be replaced. John showed roofing shingle catalog, and it there were more shingle color options to choose from. Our first choice was not available, but our second choice 'MID ATLANTIC BLUE' was available and that sealed the deal. The extreme quality of service did not stop with the contract signing. In addition to replacing the roof we needed to replace all the stucco on our house as well. John worked behind the scenes with the stucco contractor to coordinate timing and materials that needed to be used to ensure our house was sealed properly. While the stucco contractor was at our house John delivered necessary flashing materials and talked with the crew to make sure flashing was properly installed on a low angle roof section of our roof. Three days prior to installation I received call from Newman's production scheduling and they provided install date (weather permitting), site prepping that I needed to do to ensure roofing crew access and the name of the crew leader. The day before installation Newman crew leader Mark called me and said his crew would be onsite around 7:00AM the next day. When the roofing crew arrived Mark and I spoke, and I explained my biggest concern was protecting the stucco on the house. The roofing crew proceeded to placing protective netting all around the house. Next the crew removed all the old shingles in less than an hour and all the plywood in another hour. The shingles were going on by 10:00AM and by lunch time the majority of the new shingles were installed. The crew was done installing shingles, cleaning up and taking down netting by 3:00PM. The crew spent time installing and sealing customized flashing around our chimney, and completed this task by 4:00PM. During installation the production manager stopped by the house several times to check the work, and talk with me to answer any of my questions. THANK YOU THANK YOU Newman Roofing.
