Great customer service. Lew and his team are great to work with and have a hard working crew. Efficient and quality work. Followed through with the plan and showed up when they said they would. Cleaned up the mess. Very smooth, fluid process. Everything was explained to me and all my questions were answered. Good pricing for replacing shingles. I am so glad we went with Legacy Roofing of Iowa! Lew and his team came to our house with their quote and explained the process to us after we had storm damage. They answered all of our questions and were easy to get ahold of throughout the whole process. The roofing crew that work for these guys are professionals. From start to finish, 3 hours and 45 minutes. Some may think 'That is too fast. They must have rushed and were sloppy.' Not the case here! They were meticulous, hard working, and cleaned up immaculately. This crew knows what they are doing. They brought their own tarps and crates to protect our landscaping and air conditioner unit. The materials were all high end and nothing was substituted without Lew and his team's approval. They did not skimp on materials or building practices.
