Whataburger / quality control

Hi I have eaten at the Restaurant 698 twice and both times I have been served low quality food. One being a No. 5 burger that was served cold and then I complained and they offered me a complimentary sandwich on my next visit, of which I gladly obliged only to regret that my complimentary chicken sandwish tasted old and stale as if it was precooked and then warmed to order. This is unsatisfactory customer service and the manager must be reprimanded or replaced as it is reflective of his gross lack of oversight and negligence of the food quality at this particular location. This is very unbecoming and inconsistent of food quality from Whataburger. Please rectify this issue or your store will suffer dramatic losses. thank you. The manager is Jean-Marc Martin.
