Whataburger review: Customer service/#1 whataburger with cheese

Recently we were in League City. Stopped in at local Whataburger to get dinner. Ordered through Drive-In. Ordered was repeated back to us and was correct. Advanced to first window to pay. Amount was correct as stated when we ordered. Proceeded to second window to pick up our order where we were told that our order had been given to another customer. Asked to pull forward while they fixed our order fresh for us. We were offered a hot apple pie for our wait. Young man apologized for mix-up; said manager was pushing every one to get orders out too fast. We received our order and when we sat down to eat about 5 minutes later, my hamburger was ice cold as if it had come out of the refrigerator. Worst hamburger ever.
