My mortgage refinance went quickly and smoothly with West Coast lending. Kadeth Tun and *** handled the work. Both answered questions promptly and all promises made were kept. The only negative feature was the IT portion, the system was down for a couple of days, but still the whole process was complete in 22 days. This was much better than I had experienced with two other refinances.They even sent a mobile Notary to my home to sign the final papers.

I was inquiring about a Re-Fi with numerous brokers, but non could meet my requirements. I just about gave up. But then I received an email from West Capital. It indicated exactly what I was looking for. I was a little hesitant at first, waiting for the catch, but as it turned out everything they promised was accurate. Not only did I get the loan I wanted, but it was approved and funded in about two weeks, and with very little effort from me. I definitely highly recommend them.

was our loan processor for 2 simultaneous refinance loans. One was fairly straightforward and one had many unusual aspects which made it an extremely complex and time consuming loan. *** is an excellent communicator and always kept me appraised of where we were in the process and what to expect every step of the way. I cannot say enough good things about my refi experience with West Capital Lending, *** and *** Kitchen in particular. i had been receiving tons of refi offers for months but I finally chose them for several reasons, good reviews, credible website, no appraisal, escrow refund and skip 2 payments. Also no sneaky or hidden fees. This was all accomplished via email and phone and the closer came to my house for the signing. *** and *** were extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Flakey agents. *** Zunika. You Cant believe a word he says. Took all my information said he would call back twice.I gave him everything he asked for. I got tired of waiting for him to call so I called a reputable company.He asked me who I was dealing with and the terms of a reputable competitor and just stroked me. Never called back after I gave him his competitors offer. I guess he did not want to waste his time on an offer he could not compete with?So he just let me hang. Legitimate brokers follow up and follow through. I would never do business with this company. Be aware that they have unscrupulous agents just out for the buck. Friendly, knowledgeable and responsive folks who are more than ready to guide you through what for many is a scary and unfamiliar exercise. Their system is easy to use, even for an old fogey like me who is electronically challenged. From start to finish, my time was valued. I was treated to patient and understanding leadership all the way through and am very grateful to have treated respectfully. We all know how *** is becoming a lost art, but this company has it down *** with people who are available, who answer their phone and respond to emails in such a timely fashion it makes you wonder when they ever go home or are away from their computer. I submitted a request for information thru Credit Karma and immediately received a bombardment of companies offering their services. I spoke to a few but didn't make a connection or the numbers were just not right. I got an email from ***, non pressuring and confident which stirred my curiosity. When I first googled mortgage refinance I was inundated with phone calls from agents wanting my business. Instead of a call I received a text from *** of West Capital Lending, which contained monetary quotes of possible ways he could help me with a refinance. His approach is very low key, professional and respectful, which is a refreshing change in a world full of pushy, rude and condescending salespeople. On top of these positive qualities *** has the ability to achieve amazing results. He was able to obtain a great loan for me in a miraculous time frame, we closed on the loan in two and a half weeks! Thank you *** and the entire West Capital Lending team. I don't believe there is another company in existence that can begin to compare with you. You are the best! I went through west capital lending to attempt a refinance for my house. Initially everything was going great. They were very fast with response time and very helpful with thing I needed to take care of on my end to complete the process. About 2 weeks into the refinance things started heading south. It was difficult to get a response in a timely manner and if I did it was not with any useful information. I was initially told I was not going to have to pay for an appraisal due to the house being so new. I was also told I was approved for the loan I desired. After the appraisal came back, it was lower than anticipated. From that point on I received no reaching out to keep me informed or anything. I went days with no up to date info. I reached out multiple times and again was divine the answer of I dont know. Finally I looked at my online portal and seen that the loan went completely inactive. It was dropped completely. I reached out to the finance officer and asked the reason behind it and he said he called the day before and left a voicemail. Which he did not. So basically if youre wanting to waste a month of your time and $875 to get nothing accomplished and for them to just say sorry we couldnt make it work, I would go through west capital lending. If youre wanting to actually close on a loan and feel supported in trying to accomplish that goal I would highly suggest going through another lender.
