West Capital Lending review: Heloc

I was contacted by Eddie Aguilar | Branch Manager when I was looking for a HELOC. Eddie Aguilar | Branch Manager called me and we spoke for a while. I explained to him some things that were on my credit and that I had a terrible experience with Regions and that I really needed someone to be transparent and honest with me. Eddie Aguilar | Branch Manager Promised me he would do so. He also told me that I won’t have any problems getting a HELOC since my house is paid off. I agreed to let him pull my credit which was around 715 at the time. About 4 hours later I got an email stating that this particular lender won’t work with me since I had a foreclosure started on me years ago. This was something I told
Eddie Aguilar | Branch Manager About. He told me not to worry he could still get it done. That was the LAST time Eddie Aguilar | Branch Manager answered any of my calls, texts, emails-nothing! He completely ghosted me with ZERO explanations. I even told him in one of my emails, that if he can’t get it done that’s fine. Just let me know! Eddie Aguilar | Branch Manager Didn’t have the decency or respect for me enough to even answer back. I got NOTHING from him but complete silence! It was really a terrible feeling and experience! I would NOT ever recommend Eddie Aguilar | Branch Manager or his company to my worst enemies!
