West Capital Lending review: Home equity loan

Was a problem from the start.. would not call you back majority of the time. Nothing works correctly.. they want you delete cookies and use different browsers. So that you can interface there system... Nobody really cares.. spent over a month and many many hours on hold and on the phone... On hold for hour sometimes only to be told someone will have to call you back.. ...there's no accountability for their mistakes..05/11/2026 was 3/4 through the process and they said my SSN wasn't entered correctly so the whole prices needed restarted.. this is after they have pulled credit, bank info etc etc.. then restarted process wouldn't work.. took days to get straightened out.. they cause so much chaos and frustration then hang up when you get upset..06/15/26 Then comes time to fund loan.. and they say that the bank account is not valid.. the account that they had already viewed... And also the loan was already sold loan to a different company "Figure" and I haven't gotten the money...And sent me an email with a bank account that doesn't belong to me... Saying account is invalid... There is much more problems also ..Total incompetence... And the stress cause is ridiculous..
