My conversation started out good with Roland Day - but ended up with cross conversation with Quyen Sy - who he described as "his "boy" working in the same office - I finished my loan package and wanted to submit it by FedEx and was told by Sy - he would give me an address to send my package - no address sent and no conversation from both "my boys" which really sounded unprofessional when I'm trying to conduct business - disappointed - you wasted my time - will take my business elsewhere - and I know they don't even care!

Recommendation: If this is the way things are at West Capital - Stay away
