I have been a member of ww for almost 2 years, and I was curious about the gpl1 I went to the program inform and ended up enrolling 1/27/2026. I did not realize you had to stay for 1 year I went to my local dr and was telling her about it and she was very adamant that I should not do any gpl1 because of my medical history. I tried to cancel and go back to basic ww with local meeting and was told NO I have to stay with the clinic for 1 year. If I wanted to stop the clinic, I need a dr note its funny I didn't need a note to start program, but I do to stop. So, my only option was to cancel my credit card because they won't let me quit.
Desired outcome: I would like to go back to the core program with in person classes

if you are curious about the program, think again first the $74.00 is not for the medication. If you are over 65 your insurance won't cover medication. If you want to quite you have to stay for the time period you click on in my case 1 year they won't let you quit your only option is to cancel your credit card or they will charge you every month for your length of time you picked and it will auto renew at the end of that time. You will not talk to a real person only text. You won't need a dr note to join but you will need a dr note to quit.
