If I could give negative stars, I totally would... I don't even wanna give one star, but this site makes me. This company is like the worst ever! It's been like 8 months and my order still ain't done. Like seriously, not even close! Every time I call, they just keep pushing it back another month... FOR A SHIRT! This company don't even offer nothing to make up for the hassle! They took my money 8 months ago, and my daughter still ain't got her proper uniform 'cause of these unprofessional folks! The recording says it takes 1-3 weeks to complete an order. Don't you dare believe that! 8 MONTHS! 8!

I ordered my stuff on 13th June and got most of it on 19th July. I called in August to check on the rest, and they said it was back in stock and would be sent in a week. But nothing came. So I emailed them and got a generic response. I called again two weeks ago, and the person said the items had been in stock for a while. I told them to check with the warehouse, but they just keep giving me excuses. Our team is missing a lot of stuff, and it's causing problems. Other teams we've played against have all their gear. I still haven't received my son's black practice jersey and shorts. The jersey needs to be customized. I even asked about a refund if I don't get my stuff, but they didn't have an answer.

We ordered a soccer uniform for *** from we got soccer. We were told 3- 5 weeks and ordered on aug 13, 2021. On Sept 10 the day before the first game I called the *** store and they said still processing. I have called the store several times since on varying days and times including twice this week. Both times i spent 20 minutes on the phone never speaking to anyone before i was sent to voicemail. I left message both times. I was able to get on a *** today online and they said had issues with jerseys and had to change company. No communication. They said it would be another 6-12 business days to process(not including jersey) + delivery time to the store. The jersey sometime after that. The season ends Nov 13. The company is not responding to customers, not allowing customers to cancel, not providing any discounts, . A child MAY have a full uniform that they paid $80+ for 1-2 games. That means no uniform for at least half the season and not a full one but 1-2.
