I order a item the 26 April 2021, past 4 months...my item a Park tool bag is travelling somewhere-))
Exchange more that 20 emails, and nothing.

My issue is very simple: my bicycle never arrived.
I understood one thing about them: once Sigma Sport has your money, you will never hear from them. Forget about your order and your money as well.
Don't try to contact them, because you will never succeed. Trust me. I am one of those unlucky customers who made numerous attempts to get a refund. My emails were never replied. They don't pick up the phone. So unprofessional.
They are simply the thieves.
