Great bag with plenty of room for all the essential gear. I have 3 racquets in one side and use the other for balls, towels, and other misc. Items. The 2 side zipper pockets are great for smaller items such as cell phones, wallet, keys, wristbands, etc. Other bags sometimes have too many pockets which you might think is great for storage but I used to have to search multiple times to find what I was looking for. This bag solves that problem but still provides ample room for everything. Very happy with my purchase.

Brett was patient and gave me great service for my return. It was at the Tennis Express on Westheimer (Houston). Did a GREAT job in helping me. He helped me with my exchange! Brett greeted me at the Cashier's desk and asked how he could help.

He helped me in the shoe section to select a new pair and explained that I would get a partial credit for the others, to be applied toward the new ones. I was VERY happy and satisfied!

He was patient and made me feel like a valued customer. I look forward to shopping Tennis Express forever. Thanx again Brett!

I wanted to buy a pair of New Balance tennis shoes because they're the only brand I know of that sells these in extra wide (4E). I went to a local NB store and not only didn't they have any in stock, but none of their other stores did and neither did the warehouse. I shopped online and found that Tennis Express had these shoes in stock and in my size (10 4E). I ordered them on Wednesday and received them on Friday with free 2-day UPS shipping. The shoes were brand new, in perfect shape, in the right size, and packaged well. The box even contained a return shipping label should I need to return them for any reason. (And they threw in a pad and pen!) Just simply terrific service.

I bought a pair of Nike tennis shoes that were on clearance ($120 regular -> $90 clearance).

I used a TennisExpress online coupon for an additional 20% off, so I got the shoes for $72. (Their online coupons come and go, so there might not always be good coupons to use.) I also used a $10 cash back offer on orders over $80 from RetailMeNot.com, so I spent an extra $8 to qualify for the offer. In all, I spent $80.33, but I'll got $10 back from RetailMeNot, so I got the Nike shoes plus a few extra items that I ordered (can of balls, overwrap grips, and a cheap $3 t-shirt) for a net total of $70.33, which is a great deal. The regular price of everything was about $135.

The prices/number in the above paragraph might be a bit confusing, but my point is you can save extra money on TennisExpress if you can use online coupons/offers. I saved almost 50%.

The TennisExpress website was a little bit buggy because it wouldn't let me pay with PayPal (perhaps it had something to do with my coupon or the RetailMeNot offer). I contacted two customer reps, which didn't help much (they said their site is sometimes buggy). I ended up paying by Visa.

Bought new Yonex Vcore Pro 97 tennis racquet that was supposed to have a 1/4 grip size. Racquet was embossed 1/4 but actually measured 3/8. Rare quality control error for Yonex. Tennis Express customer service supervisor told me Yonex has changed and now measures grip size from plastic pallet handle, meaning final handle wrap will make grip size actually 1/8 inch bigger than what is embossed on racquet handle. Totally absurd lie! Just a bogus response! The grip size is supposed to measure exactly what is embossed on the racquet handle and not an 1/8 different. Tennis Express would not take back the racquet because I had mistakenly taken off the plastic wrap on the handle thinking Yonex racquets are always what they say they are in terms of their grip sizes. Then supervisor lied to me again, telling me he would compensate me by sending me a thinner over grip wrap. This wrap never arrived. Very poor company! I will never buy anything from Tennis Express again. Tennis Warehouse is a much better company with very reliable customer service.

I ordered some New Balance tennis shoes from Tennis Express in October 2021 (almost 10 moths ago) and they were just delivered on August 18,2022. The shoes were charged to my credit card when they were ordered so they have had my money. I received an email a few days before they were delivered which is no longer my address. When I received an email that they were delivered I called Tennis Express to notify them of the problem. The first customer service rep said it wasn't their fault and he couldn't do anything to help. I called a second and third time, of which the CR's said they would have someone contact me. The 4th time I called, I was fortunate enough to be speaking with a manager. She said a claim would be filed and it would take 10 days to investigate it, but she would speak with her manager. I still have not received a call or email from anyone at Tennis Express. I have purchased multiple times from TE but will never do business with them again because of their lack of customer service. They have known that the tennis shoes were back order for 10 months and should have reached out to their loyal customers to keep them updated. I would highly recommend not doing business with them.

You know, I never write reviews. But Tennisexpress is my only exclusion. My only exception. There is no one who would irritate me the same way and make me feel so angry.
I ordered several items 2 months ago, got a confirmation. It had to be sent soon. But yesterday I found out that my items were shipped. None of them. They are still in their warehouse. My question is what the hell, guys?
Why wouldn't you notify me?
Rhetorical questions... Of course, no one will reply because they don't care.
Disappointed.
