WeFix-Appliance review: Overcharged and still unresolved — inexperienced techs, repeat charges, problem never solved

Extremely disappointed with the service. We called them to diagnose an issue with our refrigerator, and after multiple visits, the problem still wasn't fixed. Each visit came with additional charges, and by the end, we had paid more in unnecessary spare parts and service fees than the price of the refrigerator itself.

The technicians did not seem experienced enough to properly diagnose the issue the first time, which led to repeat visits and repeat charges for what should have been resolved in one trip. On top of that, getting a response from customer service took hours each time — lots of calls and follow-ups just to get someone to act.

Overall, we spent significant time and money without ever getting the actual problem solved. I would not recommend this company and would advise others to get a second opinion before agreeing to repeated repairs.
